“Im sooo extremely tired of calling you guys and not getting a complete resolution. I hate leaving bad reviews and I am really trying not to. All I am asking is that you all come and finish the repairs. I left another message last Thursday at 3:15. Please call us back. Update: To everyone reading this message please ask yourself if in fact everything that needed repaired was actually repaired would I still be calling them and leaving a bad review?? You stated that my carpet has been cleaned but in fact it has not even been touched. I have pictures and videos to prove this. You said that you fixed the roof right away but in fact you did not and I also have pictures and videos to prove exactly how long I had to wait. I haven’t posted this proof because deep down I know you guys can be a good company but I can’t go another week with my bedroom smelling like mildew and I’m begging you all at this point to fix it. “If these guys show up at your door, it would behoove you to give them your attention. Mike is a class act. He and his team took total control of handling our insurance company during a roof replacement. If it weren't for these guys, we would be in the hole tens of thousands of dollars. Instead, we paid next to nothing. Furthermore, a month after the project was concluded, we had a leak in our chimney that was causing water damage on our drywall. It should be noted that the chimney had nothing to do with the roofing project. This was not their problem to fix. I texted Mike at 10:30pm the moment I noticed the leak. He had a team out on our roof first thing in the morning, and had it immediately repaired. Mike, himself, even came on-site to make sure the repair was done properly. Honest and hard-working people are rare. These folks are a blessing.”

All construction was completed on time per GP Construction time table. GP construction worked with our insurance company to expedite the construction process. The final bill was exactly as the initial quote. The roof, gutters, screens and pergola all look amazing. GP Construction followed all HOA regulations while performing the work in our neighborhood. “I am extremely disappointed with GP Roofing & Construction. They replaced my roof in January 2023, and after the recent rain, I discovered a major leak coming from the exact area their sales rep photographed and claimed was repaired with “a new piece of wood.” That spot is now leaking directly into my master bedroom, causing interior damage. What makes this worse is the complete lack of communication. I have called multiple times, left voicemails, and have received zero response. This roof is still under warranty, yet the company is ignoring all attempts to get help. It is very concerning that either the repair was never done or was done poorly, and now I’m left dealing with damage and no support from the company that installed the roof. I expected professional workmanship and customer service, and unfortunately GP Roofing & Construction has delivered neither. I am now escalating the issue through the BBB and other channels. I do not recommend this company based on my experience.”

“Can’t say enough about the company and the guy who showed up to help when I needed it. Matt Nichols came out to see how they can help with our roof damage, just like all the other guys who offered the same. The difference is that they recognized the damage and even fixed a couple things up there that I didn’t know was really damaged. Didn’t even ask him to do it, but he patched things up enough to get us through the roof install. Communication was thorough from the beginning and afterwards. The roof looks great and my wife is happy with the product. I even found out that a neighbor in the community called them after seeing how our roof turned out.
