“I shop at F.L. Davis regularly, mostly for home improvement items. Every time I am in the people are helpful and friendly! One time I needed a particular part to fix my bathroom sink. It was a $3-4 part, but I was having a hard time finding the correct one. I think I had to go 3 times because the threads did not fit the first 2 times. The employee who was working in that aisle was friendly and helpful even though the part was cheap! I really appreciate their customer service!”

“This review is about ace hardware crappy website. I'm a retired 65 yr old and a veteran that lives off my social security. Tried to use that crappy website to order a ladder that i can't pickup. I live in quitman ar, these people are 20mi away. Website said they deliver to my location. Charged my card twice for a total 900.00. Then got my confirmation, Charged me not once but twice then split the order and would not deliver the 2nd part of my order, i would have to pick it up and i can't do that. I've went round and round with this failing company and still my money will be locked up for days. Don't tell me you deliver and then when you take my money well we only deliver this not that. I wouldn't buy the plug that stopped the dam from bursting from these people.”

“My washer from Lowe’s died (after only a year and a half and $700) I decided I wanted to splurge on a Speed Queen since they are reliable. I live in Searcy and nowhere had the model I wanted (except one store that wouldn’t sell me just the washer. They said we had to buy the set.) Of course my husband was out of town on a business trip when all this happened and I was stressing. I called and talked to Scott and he was so nice and helpful! I probably called five times that day regarding my arrival time, measurements to make sure it fit in my car, etc and he was so nice and went above and beyond. “The website does not match inventory correctly and then you have the crabby old women that work at the counter they don’t know anything about prices or what they’re selling then they wanna argue and be combative. Hopefully, we’ll get a Lowe’s or a Home Depot someday soon.”

“Local Ace Hardware store. They close at like 1:30 pm on Saturday afternoon and don't open back up until Monday morning, which is a major inconvenience if you need a hardware store on the weekend. This is my only dislike, but the weekends are usually my only off time. The staff are always very helpful.”
