Keith's Roofing & Home Improvement

Keith's Roofing & Home Improvement works out of Hot Springs Village handling roofing jobs across the area. The company brings more than forty years of experience to repairs, replacements, inspections, and custom work on homes and buildings. They cover metal roofing options along with standard installs and focus on practical fixes that match the demands of local properties. Homeowners in this part of the state deal with frequent storms and tree cover that put roofs under constant pressure so the crew stays ready for those conditions. Their service area stretches through nearby towns and keeps the same standards on every project.

Roofing crews in Hot Springs Village see plenty of work from heavy rains that drive water under shingles and from wind that loosens flashing around vents and chimneys. Keith's Roofing & Home Improvement handles annual inspections to catch small leaks before they spread into attic damage and they install gutters that keep runoff away from foundations. Metal roofing goes up on houses where durability matters most against summer heat and occasional hail. Restoration jobs often involve pulling off old layers then laying new underlayment to handle the humidity that builds up in the region. These tasks keep homes dry through the wet months and cut down on repeat calls when the weather turns rough again.

Customers give steady marks for getting roofs back in shape without dragging out the timeline though some note that pricing can vary depending on material choices and job size. The score reflects solid results on quality and communication during inspections and repairs while leaving room to tighten up on speed for larger replacements. Homeowners appreciate crews that show up prepared for the common issues like debris buildup and flashing failures that hit this area hard. DIRT Score 3.67 from 99 reviews on Finds.

“After a major hail storm, I contacted Keith’s roofing company. The communication and help I received from them was amazing. I had never had to file a claim before and they helped me step by step. Super friendly through the whole process! They finished my house and garage roofs yesterday and they were quick, tidy and efficient. We now have the best looking roof on the street! Highly recommended!!”

“the men that came and worked on my roof dont know how to clean up a job site apparently.. and while they were working they broke numerous things on my front porch as u can see in the pictures.. I live in a neighborhood of townhouses which means there are little kids running around and playing everyday..I myself have 2 little dogs that I take out for many walks a day and I asked them if they had cleaned up all the nails that they threw down ALL over the ground in the front yard and in the backyard..of course they said yes well when they left I took my own magnet outside and if u look at the pics u will see that I collected well over 50+ nails that any of the kids that live around here could have stepped on..not to mention my dogs or my mother that also lives here.. I was even picking up nai”

“Five stars- I can’t say enough good things about this roofing company. From start to finish, Keith talked me through the entire process and made sure I understood every step. They were incredibly professional, responsive, and just genuinely helpful. What could have been an overwhelming experience was made completely seamless, especially since they worked directly with my insurance and handled everything smoothly. Their expertise and customer care gave me total peace of mind. My roof looks absolutely amazing and I’m so happy with it. “Keith’s Roofing communicated amazingly well and interfaced with our insurance company after a tornado. They recently replaced our roof promptly and professionally. They couldn’t get to our roof for a week post tornado so they came and berry nicely tarped our entire roof to prevent further interior water damages! They went above and beyond by helping us find contractors to repair the inside of our home also. They were recommended to us and we are thrilled that we called them when a tornado caused 3 trees to puncture our roof. We now highly recommend Keith’s roofing with confidence for your next roofing repair or re-Roofing project! Really nice owners that care about their customers needs.”

“We’ve used Keith for 15+years, couldn’t be more pleased. I would recommend him first above all other contractors. Fast to respond, professional and great to work with .. needless to say if you have roofing needs, call Keith first..”

“Keith’s Roofing is incredible. I literally cannot say enough good things about this Company. Keith and his crew arrived and did a complete removal and replacement and did the entire job in a day. It was just incredible. And that included new roof vents and hauled away the old roof materials. They cleaned everything better than before the job. Even cleaning the windows. His workmen were quality workers, very professional. If you need a roof I highly highly recommend using Keith’s Roofing.”

“Keith's roofing did a great job on replacing my shingle roof. It was time to replace my old roof and I am very pleased with the new roof that Keith's roofing put on my house. The estimate was reasonable; the workers were on time and worked hard all day; they removed all the old shingles and tar paper; they replaced the drip edge, several rotten plywood pieces, and the skirting around all pipes on the roof; they put on new tar paper and new shingles; and the workers cleaned everything up thoroughly. The new roof is exactly what I was expecting. I would highly recommend Keith's roofing.”

“Keith’s Roofing did an excellent job roofing our house this summer. I highly recommend them! They were honest and punctual as well as being very efficient. We needed our house roofed to sell our home and they came when we needed them. We had 48 Solar Panels on our house that had to be removed and then replaced. They knew how to work around the Solar people and if there was ever a problem we did not know it. The roof looks great and we sold our house! Thank you Keith’s Roofing!”
