HIGH BUILD INVESTMENTS LLC

High Build Investments LLC works out of Hot Springs, Texas, and centers its efforts on roofing for houses and commercial buildings. The crew takes on new roof installations along with re-roofing and repair jobs that come up in the area. Their background covers both residential properties and larger commercial sites, where they apply practical knowledge of what Texas conditions do to different roof types over time. Local homeowners and business owners turn to them when leaks appear or when it is time to replace old coverings that have taken a beating from the heat and occasional heavy weather.

They handle shingle roofing on standard homes, put up standing seam metal roofs with pieces fabricated right on the job site, and manage low-slope work using TPO, PVC, or EPDM membranes. Silicone roof coatings get applied to extend the life of existing surfaces, and regular maintenance visits help catch small problems before they grow. In Hot Springs the sun beats down hard most of the year, so crews focus on proper ventilation and durable materials that stand up to expansion and contraction. Jobs often start with a site check, followed by clear scheduling and cleanup once the work finishes, keeping the site workable for the property owner.

Roofing crews in this part of Texas earn steady business by showing up on time, sticking to quoted prices, and explaining options in plain terms so owners know what they are getting. Quality shows in how the new roofs hold up through summer heat and sudden storms, while communication keeps everyone on the same page from start to finish. Those habits add up across many projects and produce the results that stand out. DIRT Score 4.85 from 98 reviews on Finds.
