Roof Link

Roof Link is a roofing company based in Hot Springs, Texas. They specialize in roofing services for local homeowners who need reliable work done on their homes. The area sees plenty of hot weather and storms that can damage roofs over time, so having a solid crew nearby makes a difference for quick responses. From their offerings, they provide free roof inspections complete with photos and estimates if repairs turn out to be necessary. This approach lets property owners understand the condition of their roof without upfront costs. Homeowners in this part of Texas often face sun baked shingles and wind driven rain that wears down materials faster than in milder climates.

They perform expert leak repairs by locating the source of water intrusion and sealing it to stop damage inside the house. Routine maintenance involves clearing debris and checking seals around vents to keep small issues from turning into major leaks. A typical job starts with a site visit where the crew checks for missing pieces or weak spots then gives straight options for fixes using materials that handle the heat and sudden downpours common around Hot Springs. This keeps roofs sound through the seasons without unnecessary add ons or delays that leave homes exposed longer than needed.

Homeowners note the quality of the fixes that hold up under local conditions along with clear talk on costs and timelines that avoids confusion. Speed matters when leaks appear after storms and fair prices without hidden fees help build steady trust in the trade. The crew focuses on practical steps that match what roofs in this area actually endure day after day. DIRT Score 4.71 from 124 reviews on Finds.

“RoofLink recently completed a roof replacement project on our home that included replacing all of the shingles and the waterproof underlayment ("felt"), as well as portions of the wooden roof decking beneath them. Our project manager, Kendall, did an outstanding job throughout the entire project. She communicated with us honestly and openly, kept us informed every step of the way, and was onsite whenever needed to monitor progress and deliver additional materials. From the initial consultation and detailed quote through the completion of the work, the entire process was well organized and ran smoothly. We especially appreciated the careful accounting of materials used and the clear updates on the worksite at the end of each day. Kendall is a tremendous asset to RoofLink. We also want to ”

“5/5 Stars – Exceptional Experience from Start to Finish! We recently had our roof replaced by Roof Link, and the entire process was absolutely phenomenal. From the very beginning, our project manager, Kendall, provided exceptional communication, organization, and scheduling. She made what could have been a stressful project completely seamless and straightforward. One feature we absolutely loved was their tool that allowed us to upload a photo of our actual house to test out and pick shingle colors—it took away all the guesswork and really helped us feel confident in our choice. When it came time for the actual installation, they were incredibly FAST. They showed up with a massive crew that worked long, hard days to get the job done quickly. We happened to be home while they were roofing”

“What an absolutely incredible customer experience. Kendall was very professional and kind helping us with the insurance and selection of a new roof. The crew was extremely careful and went out of their way to deal with our weathervane reinstallation. Just a A+++ experience and result!”

“Great service from Roof Link, based in Berthoud, CO. We'd been burned 10 years ago by one of the roof roaches that invade neighborhoods after hail storms, so this time we decided to seek out a local company instead. Roof Link is honest and professional, especially Jennifer Rajewski, our project manager. They're licensed by the town (a big plus) and regarded positively by our insurance company. No regrets.”

“Kendall with the Roof Link was great to work with. We needed a full roof replacement following a hail storm that occurred in 2023. Kendall helped us select the best product for the project and took the time to meet with us to understand what was most important to us regarding the project. Kendall even offered a referral for the removal and reinstallation of solar that was significantly less expensive than other quotes we had received. The final result looks fantastic! The roof is installed and finished much more nicely than it was when we purchased the home new. We have peace of mind with Class 4 SBS shingles and also love the new look that our home has with the new shingles. The details really stand out in their work. The perfectly cut edges, fully covered flashing, and high quality”

“We recently had our roof and skylights replaced by Roof Link and the entire experience was excellent from start to finish. Kendall made the whole process incredibly easy and stress-free. Her communication and punctuality were honestly some of the best I’ve experienced with any contractor. We always knew what was happening, when crews were arriving, and what to expect next. The crew worked extremely hard and did a fantastic job on our roof and skylights. Our house is very tall, and I know this was not an easy project, but the team handled it professionally and safely while still paying attention to the details and quality of the work. Overall, we couldn’t be happier with the experience and results. I would absolutely recommend Roof Link to any of my family or friends looking for roofing w”

“Roof Link as a company was absolutely AMAZING to work with!! Starting with the initial contact with Jennifer Rajewski, she was attentive and very helpful with answering any and all questions I had during this entire process. We had an older roof with wind damage and honestly going into the process I was nervous as this was my 1st time filing a claim on a roof. Jennifer made the process flawless and so easy. The installation was as perfect as it could be. The crew was professional and quick and did a fabulous job cleaning up and of course did a magnificent job installing our NEW class 4 shingle roof!! Thank you to Jennifer and everyone at Roof Link for making this such a positive and stress-free experience!! If you're in need of a new roof or are questioning that you have roof damage, give”

“Kendall came out on just 24 hours’ notice, early in the morning before what I knew was going to be a long day for her, and was extremely professional from start to finish. The inspection itself was thorough, but what really stood out was the time she took afterward to walk us through everything she found in detail. She clearly knows her stuff and made sure we understood every issue rather than rushing off to the next job. If you need a roof inspection, ask for Kendall. You won’t be disappointed.”

“We recently got our roof and gutters done by them and they did an amazing job. They made the process so easy for us. They were here the day and time we agreed and clean up very well after they were done with everything. Very professional company I will definitely recommend them.”

“We had our roof replaced by Roof Link in the fall after a hail storm swept through our neighborhood in the summer. Kendall did a great job with communication and helping us navigate the insurance process, as well as was understanding while we waited for the final payout from insurance before we made our final payment. The crew themselves did a great job, and the roof looks great. They also did a great job with cleanup, making sure nothing fell into ours and neighbors yards.”
