SOUTHERN PROPERTY BEAUTIFICATION, LLC

Southern Property Beautification, LLC works out of Hot Springs, Texas under the Metal Roof Pros name and concentrates on metal roofing for houses and commercial buildings. They cover Texas along with Arkansas, Louisiana, Oklahoma, Missouri, and Mississippi, pulling panels from their own plant in Arkansas. The operation stresses roofs that stand up to heavy use with a lifetime warranty and offers financing to keep payments manageable. Local crews handle both new installs and replacements, aiming to get the job finished without extra trips or delays. Homeowners in the region often deal with strong sun and sudden storms, so the focus stays on materials that cut energy costs and hold up over time.

Roofing crews in Hot Springs face long stretches of heat that bake traditional shingles plus occasional high winds and hail that tear at edges and seals. Southern Property Beautification sends teams to measure existing structures, remove old layers when needed, and set metal panels such as standing seam or stone coated steel that reflect sunlight and resist leaks. They work on both residential jobs like single family homes and commercial sites like small offices or shops, running the full process from delivery through final inspection. Property owners around here regularly need upgrades after years of exposure, and these crews keep schedules tight so families or businesses lose minimal time without proper cover.

Customers keep coming back because the work holds up without callbacks, prices stay straightforward with no hidden add ons, and the crews answer questions on site instead of passing messages through offices. Speed matters when storms hit and roofs need quick attention, while quality shows in how the metal stays tight after seasons of weather. Communication stays direct so owners know what to expect each day. DIRT Score 4.78 from 239 reviews on Finds.

“In September 2025 we were experiencing leaks in our existing metal roof that was installed at construction. (2002) We then started looking for companies that would install standing seam metal roofs. I understood that this type of metal roof was more expensive, but, the idea of virtually no exposed fasteners was appealing to us. Less chance for leaks. We contacted Metal Roof Pros and they were nice and eager to help us. The salesman came in just a couple days and was really knowledgeable about the product and very professional. He explained in detail exactly how the process would take place and left us comfortable in the decision we made to go with their company. Their material is a lot heavier than our original metal. They have their own metal bending die on a trailer that they bought and ”

“New metal roof installed on my almost 4000 square foot house in Fayetteville, AR. It has a fairly complex geometry and they did a good job. I liked that they placed spacers above and a reflective barrier above my previous roofline before installing the roof so that there was a cooling barrier. The room above my garage got very hot in the summer with the previous asphalt roof, and it is about 10 degrees cooler with the white metal roof.”

“We used MRP to replace a metal roof on our Victorian historic home and everything went very smoothly. The gentleman that came out to do our initial estimate was very knowledgeable. The crew of 2 uninstalled our old roof and had the new one up all in the same day. We went with the copper metallic finish and couldn’t be happier. 10/10 would definitely recommend.”

“Had roof replaced after the hail storm of 2023. The roof has leaked 3 different times in less than 3 years. They did come out and reseal the first leak that was pouring water through the light fixture onto the kitchen table. The second leak the technician who came out tried to say he didn't see how it could be leaking, however he did replace the vent seal and that stopped that problem, but damage was done to sheetrock ceiling in garage. I chose to fix it myself rather than dealing with them. The last leak was in the spare bedroom, causing damage to the ceiling, floor, pictures and other stored items. I called they sent out another technician who had to replace the panel and the vent cover. I called and asked about the damage and they sent another technician out to inspect the damage to the ”

“Metal Roof Pros was amazing!!! They drove almost 2 hours to my house, conducted a detailed inspection of my roof, assisted with providing information for an insurance claim, and offered a number of roofing options. During installation, the crew showed up on time each day, conducted outstanding work and communicated the status of the project at the end of each day. I would highly recommend this company for your next roofing project.”
