Hard Hat Hunny (Arrowhead Roofing)

Arrowhead Roofing works out of Houston doing roofing jobs on houses across the city. The operation runs under the Hard Hat Hunny name but sticks to straightforward roof work that deals with leaks, storm damage, and full replacements. Kyle and Melissa handle a lot of the customer side while the owner stays hands on with the crew. Houston weather keeps them busy with heat, wind, and heavy rain that beat up shingles and underlayment year after year. Homeowners call them when patches no longer cut it and a proper fix or new roof is needed.

The crew shows up on time and stays until the work is done right. On one job Kyle walked the homeowner through every step of the repairs and answered questions without rushing. Melissa kept everyone updated so there were no surprises. The owner stayed on site all day watching the crew and handling any questions that came up. Another roof went on in a single day with Kyle running the process from start to finish. The same crew later handled the neighbor’s house after the first customer passed the name along. They focus on clear explanations, solid installs, and wrapping up without dragging things out.

Customers keep mentioning how the team stays responsive and professional the whole way through. They like that the owner supervises directly instead of dropping off the crew and leaving. Speed stands out when a full roof lands in one day and communication keeps everyone in the loop without extra calls. Quality shows in the finished work that holds up and the fact that people recommend them to neighbors. Price comes across fair for the level of oversight and follow through.
