“We meet Abram Rosales from Ryan Jean Construction when he came by our home. First he looked at our roof and then gave us information on how to put in a claim with insurance. After an easy process with insurance, we had an inspection a few days later. Abram was present during to inspection and clearly marked areas that needed to be seen. “I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone. We had the roof replaced with them. Everything went well. We found one part of the roof shingles and soffit was not sealed properly by them, and we found there were colonies of bees building under. As soon as we noticed, we called several times, sent text messages asking him to call us and he would never return any of our phone calls or text messages. I called from another phone, he picked up and as soon as i mentioned my name he hung up. Very unethical and unprofessional behavior. These people act very professional when they needed the business. But, when there is an issue, he is not responding to any messages. We are going to handle this legally. Gave them 3 days time to respond.”

“Mr. Grosjean and his spouses company is the most horrible experience our family has ever had to endure, to state that we have been completely let down by this con of a “company” would be an extreme understatement, upon further investigation after multiple attempts of reaching out and receiving no point of contact we have been informed that Mr. Grosjean ‘Owner’ has scammed our neighbors & several other locals, as well as roofing laborers, & previous representatives such as salespeople/ managers of this so called “company”. They arrived to our residence initially coming off very presentable and confident with getting the damages approved through insurance so he lead us to file the claim, later the following week after the insurance company sent us our checks he came and requested us to sign a few agreements and requested that we put a “down payment” as in the deductible check and the first check that the insurance company sent to us, however, after several days of waiting to receive a date to schedule the work, I tried calling Mr. Grosjean a few times… No answer, I then dialed his spouses telephone number and she answered, although it’s like she seemed as if she had no idea what was”
