“I normally don't leave reviews but I can say that Bestex is one of the best roof companies I have ever worked with. They did a fantastic job on my roof replacement. Most importantly the communication was top notch. They were on time and cleaned up the job site very well. Don't hesitate to call and ask for Colt.”

“I would highly recommend BesTex for all of your roofing needs and home repairs. From start to finish Rob and Brendon and the whole team were great to work with! Special kudos for Rob, he came to my home and did a free inspection. We definitely needed a new roof!!! In less than five days I had my estimate and a new roof!!!! Excellent job! Also, I would like to thank Samantha Stone. If not for her I would not have known about BesTex.”

“BesTex and Samantha Stone were an absolute joy to work with! They brought professionalism, genuine care, and the kind of follow-through that makes you wonder why every business interaction can’t be this easy. Their work for our nonprofit was outstanding—they listened, understood what we needed, and made the whole process smooth, effective, and honestly pretty enjoyable. Samantha is a fantastic networker with a real talent for connecting the right people, without making it feel like one of those awkward “so, what do you do?” conversations at a mixer. I’m incredibly grateful for BesTex and Samantha. They delivered excellent work, made us feel supported every step of the way, and proved that getting great results doesn’t have to come with a headache and seventeen follow-up emails. Highly recommend!”

“I have been working with the owner Steven of BesTex Solutions for my last 2 roof replacements. It is crazy to think that living in Austin, Texas- you will be a victim of hail destruction at some point in time. Both of hailstorms that happened in the last 2 years have been horrific! My roof was destroyed each time including my brand new one that was installed January of 2024!!! I have nothing bad to say about BesTex Solutions because they got the job done each time. Roof replacement shenanigans are not for the “faint of heart.” The 1st time was kind of rough but this time ran smoother because his head foreman, Brendon Sims, was very professional and kept everything under control. Brendon Sims did a great job. Thank you, BesTex Solutions.”

“Great experience with Best Tex Solutions the representative Rob came by to assess my roof after the hail storm damaged. Their team helped me through the insurance process, communicated clearly, and made everything very smooth. The roof replacement was done professionally and on time, and the quality of the work was excellent. I highly recommend them if you need a reliable roofing company. 👍”

“Had an absolutely WONDERFUL experience with BesTex Solutions recently, with replacing our roof. Being my first roof-replacing experience, I had zero idea what the process was. Chris and the team at BesTex made it so easy and painless. Walked me through what to file with my insurance company to ensure a smooth and seamless journey. I also had the pleasure of working with Samantha, Asia and Jodi as well, and had nothing but helpful and friendly interactions. Since you don't have to replace your roof regularly, I will DEFINITELY be recommending BesTex Solutions to all my friends and family when the time comes!”

“We had an amazing experience with BesTex when replacing our roof. From first contact, Samantha Stone walked us through the process and never left our side. Each person that handled our account was communicative and hands-on. Even patient when explaining deductible payments to me. 😂 We barely had to talk to our insurance company… they handled everything! Thank you guys!!”

“This is the first time I’ve had my roof replaced and could not be happier! They showed up on time and completed the job at record pace! I have seen others and known of others that had their roofs replaced and it took a lot longer than BesTex Solutions! They tore down and replaced the roof in 6 hrs start to finish! The clean up after and during the process was remarkable, you wouldn’t even know they had been there. They are also licensed which gives some piece of mind as well. They take great pride in the service they provide and will explain everything they are doing and will provide plenty of information for all the products they use. Highly recommend this company for any of your roofing needs!”

“Bestex was very helpful and thorough in helping me with my roof replacement. Rob D. went beyond measure to work around my busy work schedule and took time to go over materials including making improvements to help protect my home. The Bestex team was punctual and efficient both in time and cleanliness after the job. I liked the fact that they are an established Austin company which eliminated my reservations towards the quality of door to door sales tactics after a storm. I highly recommend Rob and Bestex if you are considering updating your roof!”

“Had an exceptional experience with BesTex Solutions. Their roofing consultant Trace was quite knowledgeable, professional, and provided an honest answer on next steps. Thank you!!”

“I couldn’t be happier with the whole team at BesTex solutions! Between Samantha and Rob reaching out, following up and ensuring the job was done completely to our satisfaction, to how fast the technicians arrived on-site to completing the job, absolutely blew our minds. We will certainly use BesTex Solutions for future home projects.”

“Garret came out and provided a quote very quickly. His team did an amazing job of getting the roof done in time, and on budget. They were professional, courteous and very detail oriented. The project manager was here to supervise and ensure all work was done properly and communicated with me during the project.”

“Great experience with BesTex for roofing service after a hailstorm came through our area. After a short back and forth with the sales rep/inspector we received some quotes in a few days, and while they weren't the cheapest, the constant communication, setting of expectations, and quick responses made the choice a no brainer. The scheduled materials drop came the evening before the job started and the next morning, the crew and supervisor was onsite and made it happen. They did a great job with cleanup and the roof looks great.”
