“Poor Communication and a Very Frustrating Experience.. Unfortunately, my experience with this roofing company during my commercial roof insurance claim has been extremely frustrating. The roofing company was working alongside the public adjuster (the public adjuster they hired). About a month ago, I had a phone conversation with Forest regarding the next step, which was obtaining an engineering report costing approximately $5,500. Based on that conversation, my clear understanding was that the cost of the engineering report would be fronted and then reimbursed from any additional funds recovered from the insurance claim. After that conversation, I heard nothing further, so I assumed the engineering process was moving forward. Then I received an update from the public adjuster stating that their management had never approved fronting the engineering costs and that I would need to pay the expense myself if I wanted to continue pursuing the claim. When I questioned this because it was completely different from what Forest had communicated to me, public adjuster responded that he was not sure what happened with the communication and that he had never approved fronting the expert co”

“In late 2023, our self storage facility suffered wind and hail damage.  After a good bit of delay caused by the public adjuster and the insurance company, Restoremasters (RM) was given the job of replacing 299 self storage doors,  an asphalt shingle roof on a house, and making assorted other repairs.   RM did an excellent job. The repairs were made on time, and under proper supervision and security. Communication was good, and RM’s  personnel were highly professional and efficient. Most importantly the job was done correctly.  I would not hesitate to recommend RM to repair/replace a commercial building.”

“This is a long-term follow up review. RestoreMasters installed a roof after a tornado blew the roof off my commercial building in 2017. Its still there and actually improved the value of my building and lowered my insurance because of the new roof!! BONUS: They had a public adjuster get me approved for a whole new roof and my out of pocket was only my deductible. This is really a 6-Star review for going well above and beyond otherwise I would have lost my business because the insurance only offered me a BS $1,800 check on an $60,000 roof job. Communication was easy & very thorough. Robert explained in detail what was needed and the timeline of getting the roof installed. Junior inspected our roof prior to install and immediately saw what was wring with the prior roof install. He did not skimp or try to cut any corners, which we immensely appreciated.
