BROOKLAND ROOFING AND CONSTRUCTION-U

Brookland Roofing and Construction-U works out of Jonesboro, TX as a straight roofing outfit that handles the full range of roof work for houses in the area. They stick to roof replacement, roof repair, and storm damage restoration because those are the jobs that keep coming up when weather turns rough. Homeowners reach out to them when shingles start failing or leaks show up after heavy rain and wind. The company keeps things local and practical, showing up with the right materials and crews to get roofs back in shape without extra layers of management getting in the way.

In Jonesboro, TX the sun beats down hard most of the year while sudden storms can rip off sections or drive water under the edges, so common calls involve full replacements on older homes, targeted repairs on damaged spots, and storm damage fixes that include new underlayment and flashing. They also handle roof installation on new builds and make sure gutters stay clear so water runs off properly instead of pooling against the house. Crews check ventilation and insulation during bigger jobs because Texas heat makes poor airflow turn attics into ovens and shorten roof life fast. These are the daily realities that keep roofing crews busy year round in this part of the state.

Customers keep coming back because the work holds up under real conditions, the crews move fast on calls, and the pricing stays competitive without surprise add-ons. Communication stays direct from the first visit through the final walkthrough so homeowners know what is happening and when. Quality shows in how few callbacks happen after the job wraps. “Byron made things easy for me as I contracted for a new roof and gutters on my mother’s house from my home out-of-state. His estimate was clear and concise; no surprises. The estimate was delivered within one week from my phone call and once accepted, the work started the very next week. I haven’t seen the results yet, but the photos Byron sent me showed the high-quality work by Brookland.”

“I own several houses in the Paragould area which require normal upkeep. There is something that needs to be done continually. After our last tornado I had a 50 ft section of privacy fence blown over. After calling several fencing companies and waiting months I was just getting the run around. I was driving down Country Club Road and saw Brookland Roofing and Construction building a fence at a residence. I stopped and talked with Ryan and he was very professional and courteous. A few days later they had my fence rebuilt. As they concluded the fence job I was telling Ryan about another major roof project that I had and had been waiting several months for the other contractor to get to it. Long story short; I contracted with Ryan at Brookland Roofing and Construction and they handled my proje”

“I am writing to let everyone know that Byron and his team are incredible. They did not make us wait on a new roof, the arrived as scheduled, all the men wore shirts working on the roof and gutters,,no one was rude, no vulgar language, and everything looks so great. I asked him to give me a bid on my house across the street to replace a few shingles that had blown off in the storms. He gave me a bid of zero dollars and had it repaired in no time. Everything was put in writing include a no leaks warranty from them. We will use these guys again as we have a couple of other projects we need help with!! Call them! You will be glad you did!!!!!”
