Titan Roofing

Titan Roofing works out of Jonesboro, TX and focuses on roofing for both houses and commercial buildings. The crew draws on decades of hands-on work with roofs of every size and type in the area. They take on residential jobs along with bigger commercial projects and handle metal work plus repairs after storms. Homeowners in Jonesboro face heavy rain, wind, and hail that beat up shingles and metal panels year after year, so the company stays ready for those local conditions without extra talk about fancy methods.

Roof repair comes up often after hail hits, and they also install new residential roofs, metal roofing systems, flat roof coatings, and spray foam options on commercial sites. Crews fix leaks on metal buildings, apply single ply membranes, and handle gutter work tied to roof jobs. In Jonesboro the summer heat and sudden storms mean roofs need regular checks and quick fixes to stop water from getting inside walls or ceilings. They move from one job site to the next with trucks loaded for common fixes like replacing damaged panels or sealing edges that weather has pulled loose.

Customers keep coming back because the work holds up through Texas storms and the crew shows up when promised without dragging out the timeline. Reviews point to solid quality on both repairs and full replacements, prices that stay in line with the scope of the job, and clear updates from start to finish. That record of steady results on speed, quality, price, and communication adds up over time. DIRT Score 4.77 from 210 reviews on Finds.

“Great experience with Titan as we navigated the insurance claim and mortgage company. They were incredibly patient as we worked through all the requirements. The installation went great with quality work done in a day and half despite the distance from their office being a challenge for the actual guys on the roof. Devin, the representative we worked with, was outstanding staying in touch through the whole process.”

“Most importantly for me because I didn't want to deal with the hassle; Jeff and William were instrumental in making the process flow easily from making sure paperwork was accurate to providing additional information or documents requested by the insurance and mortgage companies. Jeff was on site making sure everything went well while roof was being replaced. Titan did an excellent job. My roof looks really good!”

“William came by and checked my roof and found issues on the outside before I started having trouble on the inside. A new roof was approved by the insurance company. William took care of all of the paperwork that the insurance company needed to get the claim processed. The work crew did a good job. They got it finished in one day. They did leave things in the yard that I had to return to where they belong but other than that from what I could tell, they did a good job. William came back out two days later (today) and was not satisfied with their cleanup efforts. So, he is sending them back out to do another cleanup. This has taken longer than expected due to the weather we have been having but over all it has been a good experience. Considering the whole experience, I would recommend Titan ”

“We initially started our roofing project with another company, but unfortunately they left us high and dry before the job was completed. That’s when William Rainey with Titan Roofing stepped in and completely turned things around. From day one, William was professional, responsive, and truly had our best interest in mind. He stayed by our side throughout the entire process, especially during the back-and-forth with the insurance company, and never gave up until we reached a fair settlement. Without Titan Roofing and William Rainey’s dedication, this project would not have been completed. We are incredibly grateful for their hard work, integrity, and commitment. I highly recommend Titan Roofing to anyone needing a company that will stand by you and get the job done right. M. Wade”
