Class 3 GAF shingles with full GAF underlayment / starters shingles / etc for price that was $4k less than the nearest competitor, that arguably had a lower quality product. “If I am just reviewing the roofing job and solar panel reset. R&S gets a 5. (minor complaint about some of the roofing debris around the perimeter of the home, but they probably got 90 to 95% of it.) The only issue we had which was pretty minor was with some of the local subcontractors they hired. I think this is a challenge for any company, so I'm not sure it's fair to hold it against them. However, I will say when we did have minor issues with subcontractors they were very fast to remedy the situation and ensure that we were pleased with the overall final repairs done to our house. I would highly recommend using R&S roofing if you are looking to replace or repair your roof.”

He clearly explained the issues (loose shingles, rusted nails, etc.) and walked us through replacement options without any pressure. Since we were replacing the roof outside of insurance, it was important to find the right balance of quality and price, and he worked with us to make that happen. The crew did a fantastic job; very professional and clearly experienced. They replaced the roof, repaired damaged wood panels from water infiltration, and completed everything in one day.
