Mr. Tipton and his team quickly identified the source of the roof leak and repaired it for a very reasonable price. Additionally, he taught me a lot about proper attic ventilation, and we plan to have him improve our attic venting later in the fall, after it cools off. The paint crew did an especially good job, very detailed, no paint where it wasn’t supposed to be, a result of good prep and attention to detail. After the roof went on, there were a few items that we thought needed to be reworked (we didn’t like the style of a new vent and the water heater vent was a bit askew). “Color me impressed! Tipton Windstorm is spot on the right choice. We got our home pressure washed, painted, new roof, and new gutters. As you can imagine, that’s quite a few different contractors at our house and they did great and some of it while we were on vacation! There were a couple yard knickknacks that got damaged and Wes brought my wife a Home Depot gift card to make it right. Then there were a few touch ups and close out items, all handled properly, no questions asked, with a smile. “Just had our roof replaced by Tipton Windstorm Construction in Sep 2024 and we were very pleased with everything. Some neighbors had used Tipton a couple of years ago and we knew that they were a local roofing company that had been in business in the area for some time now so not some fly-by-night outfit. That is very important to us. Wes walked us through the process, options and etc. and was always quick to answer our questions which we had many. Once we had everything locked down (contractually) it wasn't long before the materials showed up and boom, within 2 days we had our new beautiful roof. Our roof structure is quite large/sprawling with some unique geometries so it did take a good full 2 days but I think many of their jobs only take 1. Besides the quick but good high quality job they did, what really impressed me was the cleanup job. Roofing is a dirty/ debris generating task... and the nails! But man, these guys picked it all up and literally swept our entire yard and driveway with a big magnet to collect all the nails that get loose on the ground. Plus, they even put all our patio furniture/offs and ends where they belonged. That was over the top service in my opin”

Although roofing companies typically don't like to fix other company's problems, Wes Tipton - who was replacing my neighbor's roof - sent over his most experienced guy.
