“These guys do excellent work, and definitely go the extra mile in customer satisfaction. They have done two recent jobs for me--a roof that badly needed replacing, and a pergola built on my back patio. Both jobs were carried out quickly, with high quality, and at a very reasonable cost. Mike is easy to work with, and had great ideas about how to shape the pergola to accommodate my roof line. It has made a beautiful addition to my home. I highly recommend Capital Siding and Roofing Contractors!”

“Mike Linan and his crew have become essential members of our team for home renovation projects. We just completed a full remodel on a flip in Buda and Mike's crew did a beautiful job with our new black, 3D architectural shingle roof and ridge vent. I never knew I could love a roof so much! Since then, I've called Mike out several times to fix others' mistakes and to consult him on windows, siding, flashing, etc. He is always friendly, helpful, and prompt. I look forward to working with Capital Siding and Roofing Contractors again soon on other projects!”

“Mike Linan and his workers did an amazing job replacing our roof. He went out of his way to find the color and quality of the shingles that we wanted. Mike always has such a pleasant disposition and moreover wants to make sure that the job is done right. I appreciate his perfectionism as well as his ability to think outside the box when indicated (as with previous work he has done for us). My neighbors have been very complimentary as well!! I highly recommend him!!”

“There's a lot of big corp roofers in Austin area but there's nothing like working with someone who's local! Mike helped me replace my roof in Round Rock after hail beatings and I couldn't be happier with his response, replacement, and quality! Have used him before and will use him again!”

“So glad we found Mike and his team to replace our roof. They’re the real deal. Mike’s a neighborhood guy and runs his business like he's taking care of the neighborhood. He truly looked out for us every step of the way, from the initial patchwork and insurance claim to the full roof replacement. His pricing was very fair, and he never pushed unnecessary upsells. When he removed the old shingles and discovered unexpected rot, he clearly explained our options and offered a reasonable solution. The new roof looks fantastic. If you’re in South Austin and need roof work, I’d definitely recommend having Mike come out for an estimate. I’m really glad we did. Thanks, Mike!”

“Mike and his crew did an excellent job with our roof replacement. They were thorough, did quality work, and had a fair price. I would highly recommend them.”

“I have used Capital Siding and Roofing for many repairs in my home and my rent house. The owner has years of experience and is able to clearly diagnose issues that many contractors have struggled to address. For more simple repairs he is highly efficient and reasonable in his pricing. He is reliable, skilled and communicates expectations and issues clearly. I would highly recommend Capital Siding and Roofing for your contractor needs.”

“I have had several positive experiences with this company. Prices are good, work completed well done and timely.✨”

“Today was second time I've worked with Mike Linan, owner of company. He is very personable and easy to converse with. During yesterday's horrible winds we noticed shingles on our guest house, a manufactured home, lifting over and over. We were sure work would be needed so I called him then. Mike was able to come today and check it out. After walking the roof, he assured us it was ok. The type of shingles (3 tab) are known for what we saw, but they were not damaged. He said the roof should be good another 2 to 4 years and we should have no leakage issues. I highly recommend Capital Siding and Roofing.!!”

“Mike and his team did an amazing job on our new siding - clean, timely and BEAUTIFUL work. Everything looks better than I could have imagined. I wish we would have known about him for our roof and windows. We have done a few projects on our house and he is the first contractor we have felt comfortable working with and trust. We will definitely use Capital Siding & Roofing Contractors in the future and highly recommend him!”

“We contacted Mike, with Capital Siding and Roofing a couple of years ago, we were needing our roof to be replaced. Mike offered us a very competitive prize, and to this day, we are very satisfied with his work, his professionalism and work ethic. We are going to be needing some additional remodeling done to the inside of our home very soon, and we are confident we will be using his services again. Thank you Mike with Capital Siding and Roofing!”

“Mike and his crew at Capital Siding/Roofing are everything you could hope for when it comes finding the right home improvement contractor. Honest, friendly, amazing attention to detail, and very reasonably priced. They replaced the siding on my home and we could not be more happy with the outcome. If you live in South Austin and want to support the local guy, give Mike a call. You will not be disappointed!”

“We hired Mike Linnan and his company to replace the siding on our home. He and his crew, Lester and Cody, did a great job! We interviewed 10 contractors before making our decision to hire Capital Siding and Roofing -- and it was the right one. They delivered as promised. They showed up each day, did the work that was promised and at the price quoted. We are very pleased and we already have other projects for him!”

“I highly recommend Capital Siding and Roofing. I had one large exterior wall all cedar lap and gap siding replaced due to water intrusion from improper flashing around two patio sliding doors and a window in between. Mike’s a flashing expert with machine to custom bend. Also, has carpentry background as structural issues were uncovered and repaired in the process. Since siding and roofing go hand and hand, Mike also diagnosed and fixed a roofing problem contributing to my water intrusion woes at no additional cost. If I would have gone with another company then I may have ended up with new wall that still leaked. Plus Mike works alongside his guys assuring a high quality level of workmanship. The quality of materials excellent as well. The cedar special ordered and was full 1” thick vs ¾” typically available plus was amazed had to really search to find a knot hole. The reason I went with Mike is good price, years of related experience and excellent reviews. I am extremely pleased with Mike Linan’s company Capital Siding and Roofing Contractors and will be calling upon them again.”

“We moved to south Austin in 2019 and hired Mike to put up a new roof. I shopped around and found that Capital Siding gave the lowest bid. Mike's started the job soon after and got it done in a few days, without any delay. Three years later, the roof is still in great shape. No complaints.”

“Mike and his team replaced our siding in February 2023. We could not be happier with the result. We shopped around and found that Mike was MUCH cheaper. But there was no sacrifice in quality. He got the job done quickly and the paint looks perfect. He was very responsive to our questions and even made some recommendations that proved helpful. You’re not going to find a better value in south Austin.”

“We could not be more pleased with these guys! Just finished up a siding job here, and it looks great👍 The crew was always friendly and co-operative, polite and actually quite funny. Extra work on the front roof shingles, and built a really nice cover for our pool equipment. Owner Mike is a very competent and knowledgeable guy, and you will be quite happy with Capital Siding.”

“Mike and his crew are great to work with and take care of any repairs needed. I called Mike when I needed several projects completed on the exterior of our house. He and his guys replaced siding, filled in cracks in the stone, repaired concrete on our patio, added flashing on the roof and repaired/replaced fascia boards. His painter did an excellent job on the exterior of the house. I called him several weeks later for additonal repairs. He and his crew were booked with other jobs, but he had one of his guys come out on a Saturday. I would recommend MIke and will definitely use him again.”

“I had Capital Siding come out and replace my roof and they did a great job, the roof looked so good we had them do other work as well. They replaced the siding & painted the house and then added on a beautiful Deck on the back of our house and sheetrock work in the garage. We highly recommend them.”

“Mike and the crew at Capital Siding and roofing did a great job for us. They replaced our 40-year-old roof and also the fascia board around the house. Everything was done very promptly, the crew was considerate and pleasant, left things neat around the house. I can't thank Mike enough - he was great at communicating what we needed and why and offered indispensable advice. It's very clear that a job well done and customer satisfaction are of primary importance to Mike Linan and the folks at Capital Siding and Roofing. I recommend them without hesitation.”
