“I do not recommend Perry Roofing, this is 8 year old roof, it was installed right after Harvey (2017) I recently had a leak they are blaming a branch that was trimmed last year you can easily tell that is a very old cut.Jessie (field manager) came to inspect the roof, I was told by him the work was subcontracted to a Marcus that still does work for them, I don’t understand why they don’t make subcontractor responsible for his bad work, as you can see on the pictures is a horrible job no experience installing metal or gravel roof at the time, Ridge cap is not even matching the house peak, rake & corner trim was not planed before installing sizes don’t make sense, gravel is all ready lifting, the answer from Perry roofing is, the warranty is on the material, to have that warranty on materials needs to be installed properly, they blame the wind, humidity etc. Perry roofing brought up invoices to proof the material was purchased, that is not on my roof, you can clearly see some is very old, from original roof that was damaged. I do have a one year labor warranty that they are not honoring. I also find out the permit from city of Victoria never passed inspection. I refuse to claim on ”

“We have worked with Perry Roofing for over 20 years. They are an exceptional company and Pro’s in their business. The team at Perry Roofing did a fantastic job installing new gutters on our newly constructed house while adding a new roof to the house we were selling. This is the 2nd roof replacement they have completed for us & 1st gutter installation. A family owned business, Carmon is a delight to speak with and provides knowledgeable, detailed and transparent quotes. Jessie Aguilar & his techs were punctual, professional, and worked efficiently to get the job done right. “On 04/22/2025 we got hit very hard and needless to say, we were in need of a new roof. We called Perry roofing and right from the start I was treated with respect and the nice lady was very sympathetic. Within an hour I received a call from Jessy and he immediately set an appointment to come and inspect our roof. The biggest reason we went with Perry was that Jessy was not pushy and very honest ( which is hard to find in tank of sharks). Jessy was very through and documented everything even things that our own insurance inspector missed. Within a week, we had out roof completed in 1day. Jessy's crew were professional and respectful of our home. Once everything was completed Jessy personally came to inspect the roof to sure everything was done correctly. “Disappointed. I have known the Perry Family for many years and it saddens me to have to write this review, but it's only fair that they understand why I am disappointed. I used perry roofing a couple years back for an inspection of my roof when I was selling my home. So not only do I know the family, I am a repeat, paying customer. On the night on 4/22/25 around 9pm there was a major hail storm in the Georgetown, TX area. After the storm passed, I knew my roof would need to be looked at. I immediately emailed perry roofing as I knew that the roof hounds would be out the next day. Indeed the roof hounds did come knocking the following day. I turned away 4 different roofers from 7-9 am. I then attempted to call perry roofing as I had not heard from them. I got a voicemail box. Around noon I called again, to again get a voicemail box. Since my neighbor was recommended his roofer and they were in the neighborhood I asked them to take a look. Roof is a total loss and I will be working with Heritage Roofing & Construction.”

“This is my second time using Perry Roofing (thanks to 2 bad hailstorms separated by 14 years) and both times the service and quality of work have been exceptional. I appreciate they are a smaller family run and veteran owned business and everyone there has been great to deal with. My sales rep Jessie made the process very easy and his experience really showed. The install crew took great care to protect my plants, put tarps down around the house, and there was seriously zero mess after they left (was hard to believe). “I can not recommend Perry Roofing enough! I was one of the unlucky ones that was hit hard by the hail storm in April 2016. I waited a little bit to get my roof replaced because I knew reputable roofing companies would be busy. Long story short, I called Perry Roofing and Santos came out and gave me an estimate on the roof. I could believe his reasonable price, especially from a reputable company like Perry. I signed the contract after discussing the estimate with my husband. Santos came to my home to pick up the contract on a Thursday. He said that he will contact me soon, probably the next week to have the work done. Perry Roofing called me that Monday and was ready to put my roof on the next day, Tuesday. The roofing crew showed up on time and did an AWESOME job! My roof is beautifulllll and here's the kicker, they had about 5 or 6 roofers and finished my roof within 5 hours!
