“The gentleman with HBC roofing is a nice guy, was honest about his pricing, and knows what he is doing about roofing. That being said, work was done at my house and the rolled roofing repair only lasted 2.5 months. No worries, I called and asked if he could repair the roof and he said he would be there. He never showed up. Kept saying he was going to come by, after 2 weeks of asking him to come I gave up and decided to hire someone else. The new roofer informed me the he did not go high enough on the rolled roofing and was also supposed to lay the rolled shingles in between the other shingles vs laying it on top. He said it was sloppy and incomplete work. I asked for their insurance info so I could file a claim since he didnt wanna come and fix the repair. He never responded back. I doubt that he is insured. Biggest take away for this company is communication, it is lacking. Nice guy, terrible communication. I highly recommend going with another company. They do not honor their warranty.”

“Never showed up to replace the roof, gave excuse after excuse. Mr. Cerda cashed the deposit and stopped all communication after several weeks of excuses of why he hasn’t started the project. Never got the money back.”

“Communication was horrible at best. My roof still leaks since this was installed a couple years back so I have to be patching up after their work. Not no mention the damage in my interior of house. One of the vents is it even connected correctly.”
