“I acquired the services of SR Construction to have my roof repaired and they did an outstanding job! Mr. Samuel Ramirez was attentive to my concerns and he made sure that his crew addressed all the repairs that needed to be done. I highly recommend SR Construction to anyone needing roof or interior home repairs.”

“If there was an option to give 0 stars I would. This company has to be the worst company that anyone could suggest. I had roof damage from a storm in 2024 and it took them almost a year to repair. This is a late review, but this company led to my family having serious stress every time it would rain due to our damaged roof. We were also scheduled for an inspection one day to check leakage inside the attic, no one ever checked the attic. The man who came to check only checked from inside the house and no one was ever sent to look in the attic for any other damages. I could write so many issues and complaints about this company but it would take so long to write. I do not recommend this construction company at all unless you want to stress about your roof not being fixed on time for the next storm.”

“This company was hired to fix hail damage on our roof and has been paid over $10,000 since March 2025. As of today, they have not done any work or visited the home. We are in the litigation process and the insurance investigator said we're the seventh family to make this claim. Additionally, they have Better Business Bureau logos and stuckers but the BBB says this company is not an affiliate. Would not recommend.”

“Seventh Review--As of 04-13-2026 Still waiting for the reimbursement of our money that you need to pay back like you said you would do! Sixth Review-- Mr. Samuel Ramirez that makes the decisions did not show up for the court case on November 25th, 2025 with the amount of $7,959.90 for his Company that may have another owner or owners. Plus, there's an appeal bond that is set as twice the amount of judgement that's $64. Fifth Review--- You still have not sent an email to my husband Randy Tijerina like you said you would in giving us the reimbursement money. Worked with my credit card company to atleast get a $1,000 back because of you giving them no reason and response as to why you need to hold onto our money like that! If I knew how this was going to turn out, I would of put atleast all of the deductible money on the credit cards in another over $2,000 you have in needing to be returned as well in deductible money, not included with the rest of the money that we are asking back of that is close to $6,000. Fourth Review--- Mr.Samuel Ramirez why haven't you sent us an email back about reimbursing us our money back from the claims money and two deductible payments? Plus, you only had my husband sign a paper for One Policy Number that is for our residential home. The other house was not on contract where you need to return all of the money back to us in what you collected from us. It's been over a month, and you didn't do what you said you would do! Third Review-- I looked up on Buildzoom.com today and found out SR Construction License expired in the year 2021 and really need our money back because you have not had your License for 4 years now! Second Review Added to First--Mr. Samuel Ramirez please return our portion of the money back, because it's been over a year since you and your office personnel have been working on collecting our claims money and deductibles in withholding close to $9,000. State Farm told me I shouldn't of gave you the money yet until the jobs are completed. I heard so many people being ripped off like that in paying the businesses before the work got completed and then no return. SR Construction wanted all the money but, wouldn't keep in contact with me that much except when needing the money in the claims and deductibles in driving two hours each round trip to pick up the money three times, and another payment over the phone. The only time we would be contacted is whenever they needed to pick up more money in the claims checks and two deductibles. This business has been so disorganized, and lost two of their office workers replacing them with two new ones that didn't know much about our situation, and the other main office lady that left reassured me that they would, and they didn't know..... First Review--We have been waiting for this company to get to work on our roofs in replacing one of them and repairing the one we live in along with other work they are suppose to complete. They had no problem picking up the insurance claims money and the deductible money they needed. It's been about a year and this company still hasn't came out to atleast start working on our repairs. I hope we get our money back. I have the other checks that they wanted to pick up, and told them I'm not going to pay them with those checks until they atleast do a lot of the work needed. We waited for a year for this matter to be resolved and horrible. Just recently I was told they are having issues getting the material they need to fix our houses. They made so many promises in telling us they would call us on certain days and dates in getting back with us in keeping us updated but, didn't do what they said. We also lost our State Farm Insurance on one of our homes because it took too long for the repairs to be made. The estimated money up at the top is the money they have so far from us and is a lot, and hope we get that money back since the work hasn't been done. We could lose our insurance on our other house too because they collected our money and didn't keep in touch with us in keeping us updated about our repairs.”

“We hired SR Construction for a remodeling job for one of our restrooms. At first some issues came out and I was very unhappy. However; the owner himself took initiative and made a trip to my house. He saw my anguish and frustration and immediately remedied the situation and made it all to what we wanted. He gave his word and not once did he quit until we were completely satisfied. I have to hand to him, he is a man of his word and came through. I will definitely hire them again for a closet I want built and will definitely recommend SR construction to all my real estate clients who are looking build or remodel their home.
