“It's rare that working with a contractor is a delight. This was the case with Mason Burke at Southern Roofing & Construction. This family owned business is the real deal! They are professional and work with integrity. I hired Mason to do some work on our deck, and he noticed our roof and gutters had some weather damage. I concurred. I told him I had put in an insurance claim with poor results. He said he worked with insurance companies all the time, and if we wanted he could advocate for us. He took thorough photos and presented a detailed supplemental claim. His estimate was right in line with what we expected. The result, new roof, gutters, vents, and garage door! All these were legitimate claims of hail and wind damage, but insurance companies these days don't make it easy to recoup your losses.
