“Freetail Roofing is the ABSOLUTE BEST! Their 5 star review are no lie. Mike and his team have been doing roofs in the local area for years. When I moved into my home seven years ago, on day one, a wind storm blew some shingles off. Mike worked with the insurance company to get me a new roof. I decided to upgrade to the GAF Gold Warranty roof with architectural shingles and a lifetime warranty. Phenomenal job and the best roof in the neighborhood! Fast forward to seven years later, when I found a shingle in my yard, I called up Freetail, and of course they're still in business unlike many roofing companies that come and go. With my warranty and Freetail's work ethic, I wasn't worried in the least, but wanted it checked out. Mike came back out, we caught up, he went up there and checked it out and everything is still golden. “Where do I even begin? I woke up last night during a crazy thunderstorm to find a small drip dropping into my kitchen, so that's a horrifying moment. Even w my insurance I'd still have to pay close to 10k out of pocket. So I call Freetail Roofing first thing this morning at 802am. They send out Matthew and talk about professional. I was already set that I'd probably need a new roof. Matt came out and found a nail sticking out right where the leak was coming from, I'll be damned. He then patched it with some high speed patch and gave me a bunch of screws and caulk with the advice that I should wait for it to dry before patching up the other spots of concern. This company could've easily taken me for $15k. Instead, they did the right thing. I'm a disabled vet living on fixed income so saving me money is no small thing to me.
