Accountable Roofing and Remodeling

Accountable Roofing and Remodeling works out of Little Rock, TX with a clear focus on roofing for homes and businesses. They take on roof repairs along with complete new roof installations and handle some remodeling work that ties into those projects. The crew covers jobs in central Arkansas as well as the immediate area around Little Rock. Homeowners call them when old shingles start failing or when storm damage creates leaks that need quick attention. Their process stays simple and direct without extra steps that drag things out. They inspect the full roof, explain what needs fixing in plain terms, and get the materials ordered so work can start without long delays.

Roofing crews in Little Rock deal with plenty of heat, heavy rain, and occasional hail that beats up asphalt shingles and metal panels over time. Common calls involve patching leaks around vents and chimneys after big storms or tearing off old layers and putting down fresh underlayment plus new shingles on entire houses. Commercial jobs often mean sealing flat roofs on small offices or warehouses where ponding water causes rot underneath. The company sends out teams that measure twice, cut once, and clean up the job site each day so homeowners are not left with debris scattered across the yard. They also help with insurance paperwork when damage qualifies for claims, keeping the process moving instead of leaving customers stuck on hold.

Customers keep coming back because the work holds up through another season of Texas weather and the crew shows up on the day they say they will. Reviews point to solid quality on both small fixes and bigger replacements plus fair pricing that does not jump with surprise add-ons. Communication stays clear from the first phone call through final walkthrough so no one wonders what is happening next. DIRT Score 4.57 from 59 reviews on Finds.

“Had it not been for Howard Sees from Accountable Roofing giving me a second opinion, I wouldn't have known I had any damage to my metal roof. In less than an hour Howard had my claim filed with my insurance company, an agreed to meet with the adjuster the following week. Once I had my check, picked out the color of material, Accountable Roofing completed the project on a hot 95 degree day. Howard monitored the project the entire day to ensure the job was done correct from start to finish. .”
