Arkansas Home Improvement

Arkansas Home Improvement works out of Little Rock on roofing projects for homes and businesses across the Central Arkansas area. The company handles residential and commercial roofing as part of its core offerings, along with related upgrades like siding and window work when roofs need full attention. Crews focus on practical fixes and replacements that match the demands of local properties, taking calls for everything from basic repairs to larger installations. They keep hours from early morning through evening most days to line up with homeowner schedules and job site needs in the region.

Roofing crews in Little Rock face heavy summer heat that cracks and fades shingles fast plus sudden downpours and wind that push water under edges and into attics. Typical jobs run from storm damage patches and full tear-offs to gutter work that directs runoff away from walls and foundations. The team shows up with trucks loaded for standard material swaps and spends time checking flashings around chimneys and vents before wrapping up. Homeowners often call after noticing leaks during heavy rains or when insurance needs an assessment on hail hits, and the crew works through the job without dragging it out across multiple weeks.

Folks around town note the crew finishes on schedule without surprise add-ons to the bill and explains options in plain terms before starting. Quality holds because they match materials to what already works on similar houses in the area rather than pushing extras, while price stays in line with what the average roof job runs in this climate. Communication stays direct on timelines and any site issues that come up mid-job. DIRT Score 4.61 from 36 reviews on Finds.

“Quality job! Very fast from start to finish. True to estimate. Above and beyond on customer satisfaction.”

“Steve and his crew did a great job, they did 3 structures in 1 day. House, shop and quest house. His crew moved flower pots before they started, laid out tarps to catch stuff. After all done they walked around the house a dozen times with a magnet to pick up any loose nails. House looks great! We plan to hire again for windows and siding.”

“Thank you for the floors and the new bathroom remodel I love my new bathroom.”

“Steve and his crew were courteous, fast, and efficient when installing my metal roof. They paid attention to detail and respected my property to the fullest. I would highly recommend them to anyone. As a matter of fact, I’ve already asked him to do some work on my daughter’s newly purchased home.”

“We had a wonderful experience working with this company when they replaced our roof with a metal roof. We have had no issues and I’ve been very very happy with it since then. Steve has done other projects for me as I am a real estate agent. I would highly recommend him and this company.”

“We started using AR Home Improvements in 2019 when we built 3 Log Cabins having them put the metal roofs on all of them, and later added a storage building pictured by the gate and had them matching the porch overhang and roof to the Cabins. They did a awesome job! Recently we have used them to put a new roof on one of our rental units, once again they did a great job!”
