Big Rock KangaROOF

Big Rock KangaROOF handles roofing work out of Little Rock, TX for both homes and businesses. They focus on putting new roofs in place, handling repairs when leaks show up, and checking over existing setups before bigger problems hit. Texas weather throws plenty at roofs with strong winds, heavy rain, and hail that can rip shingles loose or dent metal panels, so crews here stay busy with storm calls and inspections to spot trouble early. Homeowners often face the same issues year after year, from emergency fixes after bad weather to full replacements on older houses that no longer hold up.

The outfit takes care of residential roofing repair and emergency roof repair when a sudden leak starts pouring water inside, along with complete replacement jobs and regular inspections to find weak spots. On the commercial side they cover larger buildings and handle storm damage that hits flat or sloped surfaces. Shingle roofs get swapped out for new layers while metal roofs go in for longer wear in the heat. They work with insurance claims on damage jobs and offer financing so owners can get the work done without waiting on approvals, moving from site to site with crews that know how to match materials to the local conditions and finish before the next front rolls through.

Customers keep coming back because the crew shows up fast on repair calls, does solid work that stands up to the weather, and keeps costs reasonable without surprise add-ons. Communication stays straightforward with updates on timelines and what needs fixing, and the quality holds after the job wraps so leaks stay gone. Speed on emergency fixes and honest pricing on bigger replacements stand out in feedback from folks dealing with the same roof troubles around Little Rock. DIRT Score 4.65 from 249 reviews on Finds.

“I can’t say enough good things about Big Rock KangaRoof! From start to finish, they made the entire roofing process a breeze, and I’m absolutely thrilled with the results. The team was professional, friendly, and incredibly skilled—my roof has never looked better! A special shoutout to Shawn, who went above and beyond to help us every step of the way. I initially had a different roofing company come out along with the initial insurance inspector, and claim was denied although it was evident there was hail damage. I called Big Rock KangaRoof and Shawn was here the next day to inspect my roof and worked with my insurance. I requested a second inspection and he was sure to be present to speak with inspector. The following day my claim was approved. Shawn was super knowledgeable, answered all ”

“From first meeting to the end of the job I have been so impressed! First rate customer service and honesty in the estimate! Kevin went above and beyond to let me know I wasn't just a number to knock off his to do list. And the owner Todd is one of the nicest gentlemen I've had the pleasure of meeting. And the best part... my home is gorgeous, the work was completed in one day, and my yard looked like no one was ever here!”

“Big Rock Kanga Roof did a stellar job on our roof! We could not be more pleased with their service. Keith and Victoria were an absolute delight to work with. They were able to show us and our inspector exactly how and where storm damage had occurred, and mediate between us and our insurance providers to help us actually get the damage roof replaced. The work was expertly completed, done on time, and our surrounding property was thoroughly cleaned as well. Thanks for such High quality and affordable Work!! Thrilled with our new roof!”

“Kevin Garner with Kangaroof was GREAT! We had no idea we had hail damage. They had done roofs in front of us and behind us in our neighborhood. He stopped by and offered a free inspection. Our insurance paid for a full roof replacement. They were able to do our roof in one day and that included some new deck boards. He brought out his drone to check the progress and show us the finished product. And the crew did an excellent job cleaning up as well. I can definitely recommend Big Rock Kangaroof!”

“Mr. Shaws was great throughout the whole process, he made sure we were taken care off, and even helped us with our insurance to upgrade some things. We definitely recommend them.”

“Todd and Shawn were graciously easy to accommodate for roof replacement for my mom's house due to a old roof. Very efficient, great crew, beautiful look to her house. Completely happy and recommend to use them for roof replacement.”

“From start to finish I have been nothing but impressed. Zack has been amazing to work with. He handled my insurance company and kept me updated through the whole process. He's gone above and beyond in making this as easy for me as possible and I greatly appreciate that! I know there was a lady in the office also assisting, I do not remember her name, but a big thanks to her too. The installation crew did a great job, and cleaned up everything before the left. I would recommend Kangaroof to anyone. It's great to work with a company that genuinely takes care of its customer.”

“Trey Gruver really went above and beyond for us on our new roof. My wife and I think it looks great but have a look for yourself. Trey went out of his way to make sure we were happy and we are - great guy to work with.”

“Jonathan did an excellent job coming to my house and taking care of me and my needs. He went on the roof and told me exactly what I needed but even more than that he found an area in my attic where my air conditioning pipe was leaking, which was causing the major problem. Jonathan went above and beyond to take care of me. From the first time that we met to the next time I had been in the hospital for a week he was so kind and caring asking if I was OK. It’s hard to find good companies that have excellent workers who go out of their way to make sure that your needs are met. I will recommend their services to anyone and Jonathan will forever be a lifelong friend for his kindness and caring!! Great company. Great employees. Great service.”

“The Crew at Big Rock KangaROOF just completed some very difficult and extensive repairs on our 100-year-old craftsman-style home in Hillcrest. The job required some intricate woodwork, which was matched perfectly, and looks natural and beautiful. We're very pleased with the outcome. Jonathan did a great job communicating with us throughout the process, and we feel the price was very fair. My experience is they're an honest company, and the owner cares about making sure the customer is taken care of, satisfied and happy with the work being done.”
