J & Z REMODELING, LLC-U

J & Z Remodeling, LLC-U works out of Little Rock handling roofing for houses across the city. They stick to residential roofing projects and offer options like asphalt shingles, flat roofs, and metal installations along with basic remodeling. As a licensed, bonded, and insured contractor they can take on insurance jobs where storm damage has torn up roofs. Local homes face plenty of wear from the weather patterns here, so having a crew that knows the common issues with older roofing materials makes a difference when leaks start showing up in attics or ceilings.

They replace entire roofs when the old ones fail and patch up smaller sections that get hit by hail or wind. Interior repairs tied to roof leaks get fixed at the same time so water does not ruin drywall or insulation. For insurance replacements they work to get the full value covered without cutting corners on materials. Gutters and siding round out what they offer when a full exterior refresh is needed after roof work. Metal roofing goes up on structures that need something tougher against the elements, and flat roof jobs cover garages or additions that do not slope like the main house.

Roofing crews in Little Rock deal with frequent storm damage that rips shingles loose and sends water into attics. Homeowners call when leaks appear after heavy rains or when hail dents the surface enough to need full replacement. Speed matters because one bad storm season can leave dozens of houses exposed, and quality shows in how well the new roof holds up without callbacks for drips. Price comes into play when insurance payouts get involved and communication keeps everyone on track during the job. DIRT Score 4.33 from 44 reviews on Finds.
