Riley Hays Roofing & Construction

Riley Hays Roofing & Construction works out of Little Rock handling roofing projects for both houses and larger buildings in the area. They bring over eighteen years of hands on experience to every job and focus on residential roofing along with commercial work. Storm damage often brings them out to fix or replace sections that wind and hail have torn up. Property owners in Central Arkansas reach out to them when they need a reliable crew that knows the local conditions and materials like shingles or metal panels. Free estimates help get things started without any upfront guesswork on costs.

They take on roof repairs for leaks and worn spots as well as full replacements using metal roofing or TPO systems when the old one has to go. Maintenance programs keep roofs in shape through regular checks that catch small issues before they turn into big leaks during heavy rains. In Little Rock the weather throws plenty at buildings with summer storms and winter freezes that can crack tiles or loosen concrete roofing so these crews stay busy with storm damage repair and custom roofing fits. They work on clay roofing and other specialty types too matching what each structure needs. Jobs get done by crews that show up prepared and finish without dragging things out longer than necessary.

Customers keep coming back because the work gets completed on schedule and the crews explain what needs fixing without pushing extra services. Speed matters when a storm hits and rain starts coming inside so quick arrivals and solid repairs stand out. Quality shows in roofs that stay tight through another season of weather while price stays reasonable for the materials and labor involved. Communication stays straightforward with updates on progress and what to expect next. DIRT Score 4.64 from 235 reviews on Finds.

“I had the best experience with Riley Hays Roofing and construction . It began with Jared Riley meeting me at my Aunts house to look at the roof. He was personable and informative. He encouraged me to contact the insurance company to find out if they would contribute to replacing the roof. They were thorough, efficient, cleaned up after themselves well. They also sent pictures of the finished product. I highly recommend using this company!!!”

“We had some leakage around our whirly bird and sewer vents. A representative came out the next morning and gave us a very reasonable estimate. Workers came within a couple of days and did a great job of putting a rain barrier down, new shingles in the area and caulking. It looks like really nice work! Very satisfied!”

“Jorge and the Riley Hays team provide a level of care and quality that is rare. I had a time-sensitive situation with insurance requiring a full roof replacement. They were quick to respond, highly communicative, and detail-oriented throughout the process. The crew was efficient, respectful, and thorough—the finished roof looks great, and the quality of both the materials and workmanship really shows. They also provided a detailed estimate, clear contract, and all the documentation needed for insurance. Jorge was phenomenal. He took the time to understand my situation and walked me through every step—materials, process, timeline, potential obstacles, and costs—explaining both the how and the why in a way that was clear and reassuring. It genuinely felt like he was there to help me make t”

“Rodney was Awesome! I had a concern and he came right out and assessed the situation. He was professional and so kind. He took the time to explain what was needed. I instantly knew he was someone I could trust. Trusting someone who is doing home repairs is often hard to find! Thank you so much!”

“Riley Hays Roofing & Construction replaced my roof after it was damaged in a hail storm. The materials used were made in the USA and came with a decent warranty. Communication throughout the process was top notch and the cost was competitive. Highly recommend! Thank-you!”

“Riley Roofing did an excellent job!! They were quick to get out the quote so we can make a decision on who to use. Their quote was very thorough and gave us a lot of confidence when we selected them. We were not disappointed. Their quality of work was Amazing.I highly recommend them.”

“I was very impressed with the responsiveness of everyone involved with this process. We needed a new roof installed on a 6,000 square foot flat roofed office building. I called on a Monday morning early, and by 12 noon Anthony Tippin, project Manager, had arrived to start estimate. Received quote by end of day. Work started about 10 days later with delivery of materials. Over three days a crew of six took off old roof, installed plywood decking, followed by rigid foam insulation, roof top ventilators, and white membrane cover. I think Anthony and crew went above and beyond to insure we have a new roof that will keep us in the dry for many, many years. They cleaned up very thoroughly and even patched some places in the asphalt driveway damaged by wheels of dumpsters. We are completely sati”
