riley hays roofing & construction LLC

Riley Hays Roofing & Construction LLC operates out of Little Rock in central Arkansas as a straight roofing outfit with more than eighteen years handling residential and commercial jobs plus storm damage work. They focus on putting roofs over homes and businesses in the area using methods suited to local conditions like heavy rains and wind. Free estimates come standard before any work starts and they cover everything from full replacements down to targeted fixes without extra layers of management getting in the way. Homeowners around here deal with the same weather patterns year after year that wear down shingles and metal panels alike.

Their crews handle residential roofing installs along with commercial projects and storm damage repairs that come up after bad weather hits the region. Maintenance programs keep existing roofs in shape longer while options like metal roofing TPO systems clay tile and concrete setups match different building needs. In Little Rock the frequent thunderstorms and humidity push most jobs toward quick leak stops or complete overhauls on older homes where wind lifts shingles loose. They show up assess the damage on site then lay out clear steps for repair or replacement so the structure stays dry through the next season without dragging the process out.

Customers in the area keep coming back because the work holds up under real conditions and the crews finish on schedule without surprise costs piling on. Quality shows in how they match materials to the specific roof type whether shingle or custom setups while communication stays direct about timelines and what each option actually costs. Speed matters when leaks start inside during heavy rains and price stays competitive for the level of durability delivered. DIRT Score 4.64 from 235 reviews on Finds.

“I had the best experience with Riley Hays Roofing and construction . It began with Jared Riley meeting me at my Aunts house to look at the roof. He was personable and informative. He encouraged me to contact the insurance company to find out if they would contribute to replacing the roof. They were thorough, efficient, cleaned up after themselves well. They also sent pictures of the finished product. I highly recommend using this company!!!”

“We had some leakage around our whirly bird and sewer vents. A representative came out the next morning and gave us a very reasonable estimate. Workers came within a couple of days and did a great job of putting a rain barrier down, new shingles in the area and caulking. It looks like really nice work! Very satisfied!”

“Jorge and the Riley Hays team provide a level of care and quality that is rare. I had a time-sensitive situation with insurance requiring a full roof replacement. They were quick to respond, highly communicative, and detail-oriented throughout the process. The crew was efficient, respectful, and thorough—the finished roof looks great, and the quality of both the materials and workmanship really shows. They also provided a detailed estimate, clear contract, and all the documentation needed for insurance. Jorge was phenomenal. He took the time to understand my situation and walked me through every step—materials, process, timeline, potential obstacles, and costs—explaining both the how and the why in a way that was clear and reassuring. It genuinely felt like he was there to help me make t”

“Rodney was Awesome! I had a concern and he came right out and assessed the situation. He was professional and so kind. He took the time to explain what was needed. I instantly knew he was someone I could trust. Trusting someone who is doing home repairs is often hard to find! Thank you so much!”

“Riley Roofing did an excellent job!! They were quick to get out the quote so we can make a decision on who to use. Their quote was very thorough and gave us a lot of confidence when we selected them. We were not disappointed. Their quality of work was Amazing.I highly recommend them.”

“I was very impressed with the responsiveness of everyone involved with this process. We needed a new roof installed on a 6,000 square foot flat roofed office building. I called on a Monday morning early, and by 12 noon Anthony Tippin, project Manager, had arrived to start estimate. Received quote by end of day. Work started about 10 days later with delivery of materials. Over three days a crew of six took off old roof, installed plywood decking, followed by rigid foam insulation, roof top ventilators, and white membrane cover. I think Anthony and crew went above and beyond to insure we have a new roof that will keep us in the dry for many, many years. They cleaned up very thoroughly and even patched some places in the asphalt driveway damaged by wheels of dumpsters. We are completely sati”
