I appreciated that he communicated the plan upfront. I also appreciated that he was upfront about the prioritization of my repairs compared to other active leaks his crew was working on. “Bob showed up at the time he stated for the evaluation and was very knowledgeable with insurance claims especially with USAA. He accepted what the insurance company offered to complete the repairs and gave a great price for s few upgrades to ridge vents and such. He also included an upgraded shingle for the price that USAA was paying. There was two items that insurance missed on the settlement so Bob completed the paperwork for me to submit the request. The crew completed the job in the time frame and dates that Bob stated and did a great job.
