Witham & Moreland Construction and Services LLC

Witham & Moreland Construction and Services LLC works out of Little Rock, TX handling roofing jobs along with new construction and remodel projects. They focus on putting roofs on homes and carrying out interior and exterior renovations when needed. The outfit takes on both fresh builds where they install complete roofing systems from the start and updates to existing houses that require roof replacement or repairs. Local homeowners reach out to them for straightforward roofing work that fits the demands of the area without any runaround. Based in Little Rock they stay busy with projects that mix roof work into bigger construction or fix up tasks around the property.

They handle roof installation and repairs on residential properties plus standing seam options during new construction or remodels. The crew shows up to assess the roof condition then gets the materials and labor lined up to replace damaged sections or put on full new roofs that stand up to local conditions. Financing gets offered so bigger jobs do not hit the budget all at once and they tie roof work into interior or exterior renovation when the whole place needs attention. In Little Rock the heat bakes shingles year round while sudden storms bring wind and water that find weak spots fast so these crews stay ready to fix leaks before they spread into ceilings or walls.

Homeowners count on them to show up when called and finish roof jobs without dragging out the timeline or inflating costs beyond what was discussed. The work holds up through the heavy sun and occasional rough weather that hits the area so fewer callbacks happen later on. Clear talk about what needs doing and steady progress reports keep things moving without confusion. DIRT Score 4.56 from 32 reviews on Finds.
