Settler Construction

Settler Construction works out of Lubbock in West Texas and centers its efforts on roofing for both homes and commercial buildings. The outfit has served the region since 1974 by handling construction tasks that range from roof work to other building needs without turning away smaller projects. Crews in this area know the demands of local weather patterns and material choices that hold up over time. They keep operations simple by answering calls directly and showing up to assess damage or plan new installs on houses and shops alike. Homeowners around Lubbock often deal with roofs that take a beating from sun exposure and sudden storms so the company stays ready for those steady calls.

Roofing jobs here usually involve tearing off old layers damaged by wind or hail then putting down new shingles or metal panels built to handle Texas heat. Settler Construction sends teams to check for leaks around vents and edges then fixes them before water spreads into attics or ceilings. They also handle full replacements on older homes where asphalt has cracked from years of direct sunlight and commercial flat roofs that need proper drainage work to avoid pooling. The approach stays practical with one crew managing the tear off and install in sequence so the property does not sit open longer than needed. In Lubbock many calls come after spring storms that rip off sections or after summer heat that warps materials so the company focuses on quick material delivery and solid sealing to prevent repeat issues.

Customers in the area value roofers who show up when promised and explain costs upfront without extra surprises along the way. Settler Construction earns its marks through consistent follow through on repairs and installs even when projects hit unexpected snags from weather delays common to the plains.
