Sharkey Roofing

Sharkey Roofing is a roofing company based in Lubbock, Texas. They focus on providing roofing services for both homes and commercial buildings throughout Lubbock and the surrounding West Texas areas. Their work covers residential roofing projects along with commercial roofing needs and general roof repairs. Customers can request a free roof inspection to assess their situation. The outfit also states that they will beat any competitors bid by five hundred dollars on qualifying jobs. This setup keeps them grounded in serving the practical roofing demands of the local market where structures face steady exposure to the elements year after year.

Lubbock summers bake rooftops with intense heat that cracks and curls shingles over time while strong winds pull at seams and occasional hail or heavy rains create leaks that spread fast if ignored. Sharkey Roofing handles full roof replacements on houses, commercial membrane installs on larger buildings, and spot repairs for damaged sections after storms. They begin each project with an inspection to identify weak spots then move through tear off, underlayment, and final covering using materials that hold up under local conditions. Homeowners in this part of Texas often call for help with aging roofs that have taken decades of sun and dust or quick fixes when wind lifts edges during spring gusts.

The score reflects steady but not standout feedback across jobs where customers noted reliable scheduling and fair pricing on standard repairs yet pointed to occasional delays in communication or finish details on bigger commercial work. Speed and quality came through consistently enough to hold the average while price stayed competitive without extras. DIRT Score 3.71 from 20 reviews on Finds.
