CTK Construction LLC-U operates as a roofing contractor based in Mabelvale, Texas. The company focuses on roofing work for homes across the area and draws from its background handling general construction tasks that include full home updates. They serve local property owners who need reliable roof work done without unnecessary delays or added costs. Crews show up ready to address the demands of Texas conditions where roofs take regular hits from sun exposure and heavy rains. This setup keeps their attention on practical fixes that match what houses in Mabelvale actually require on a regular basis.

Roofing services from this outfit cover inspections to spot weak spots early along with repairs on damaged sections and full replacements when older materials reach the end of their life. In Mabelvale the common jobs involve dealing with asphalt shingles that crack under heat or get torn by wind gusts so they check the decking underneath and add proper sealing to prevent leaks into attics. Crews measure twice before ordering materials that stand up to the local mix of dry spells and sudden downpours then coordinate timing around weather windows to avoid extra water issues during the job. Homeowners get straight talk on options like ventilation upgrades that cut down on heat buildup inside the structure.

Customers keep coming back because the work holds up under daily use and the crews keep jobs moving without dragging out the process or inflating bills beyond what similar roofing tasks cost around here. Speed shows in how fast they respond to calls about storm hits while quality comes through in seams that stay tight and surfaces that shed water properly for years after. Price stays competitive for the level of care given and communication stays clear on every step from first look to final walkthrough. DIRT Score 4.62 from 74 reviews on Finds.

“We had CTK construction do some deck and steps repair work and extensive stabilizing under a room addition that was slowly sinking. The work was completed in a professional and timely manner and looks great! Communication is very important to us and Ivan was quick to respond with answers and suggestions to any questions that we had. We are completely satisfied with the work that CTK construction did and we will most definitely recommend them to others (already have) and will use them again for any needs that we may have.”

“I called at least 10 patio installers, home remodelers, looking for a company that installs paver patios, but all of them just dealt with concrete. It wasn't until I was getting my drainage installed by Conserva Irrigation that they recommended CTK Construction. I called up Ivan and explained what I wanted and sure enough, they do pavers! Ivan came by did the measurements, got me a quote the following day and off we went. Ivan and his tech (sorry didn't get his name) showed me why you use professional tradesmen to do this! They went to work digging up the dirt, grading it properly, adding and compacting the stone and paver sand, then laid the pavers, cutting to fit and paying attention to detail around the house and gutter pipes. About 2 1/2 days of work and it looks just awesome! Again, i”
