WOLVERINE ROOFING & SOLAR INC

Wolverine Roofing and Solar Inc works out of Maumelle where they focus on roofing for houses and businesses. John and his wife Carmen have run the company for the past four years helping the Central Arkansas community handle roofs damaged by weather. They cover both residential and commercial jobs along with solar installations on top of existing structures. The owners stay involved in the day to day work instead of handing everything off and they offer straightforward estimates after looking at the actual roof condition on site.

Maumelle sees plenty of heavy rain wind and hail that wears down shingles and causes leaks inside attics or ceilings. Homeowners here often call for full roof replacements after storms or targeted fixes to flashing and vents before water spreads further. The crew tears off old layers then installs new underlayment and shingles rated for the local conditions. On commercial buildings they handle larger flat or low slope surfaces with proper drainage. Solar work gets added once the roof base is solid so panels sit secure without creating new leak points. Jobs move from inspection straight into material delivery and crew scheduling to finish before the next stretch of bad weather arrives.

Homeowners note that the roofs stay tight through multiple seasons without quick callbacks for the same problems. The crew keeps prices in line with the work done and shows up on the days they promise. Clear updates on progress and any changes keep surprises off the table while the finished product holds up under daily use. Speed on storm repairs and attention to detail on every layer add up to steady results that match what was discussed upfront. DIRT Score 4.18 from 67 reviews on Finds.

I would absolutely recommend giving them a call if you are needing their type of business.”

“Highly recommended. There was an issue with the roof that was not the fault of Wolverine Roofing but another contractor. John and his associate Carlos went above and beyond in fixing an issue they apparently didn’t create. I will be using their services going forward.”

When I scheduled an estimate with Wolverine I received a thorough detailed assessment at a very reasonable price. The communication on the project was never an issue. Once the repair was started they were able to complete it in a day. Plus they took care of 2 other issues right away. Thanks for your service, prompt professionalism at a fair price!”

“Initially we were denied a claim by our insurance company despite a large hail storm. John went to work and we are the proud owners of a beautiful roof. Wolverine Roofing is first class, and we are thankful for their entire team.”

“Wolverine roofing did an outstanding job replacing my roof. The crew showed up on time and had the entire roof replaced within a day and half. Not only were they fast but the cleanup afterwards was amazing. There was no trash or nails left behind. John maintained communication with us throughout the whole process to ensure everything met not only his standard but ours as well! I would definitely recommend Wolverine roofing to replace your roof if you are in need of one!”

“Highly recommend Wolverine roofing company! I called three different companies for inspections & estimates. John happened to be the first to respond. He gave me his honest opinion on the damage of my roof, and what steps to take next. He even offered to be at my home when the insurance adjuster came, even if I didn’t choose his company. This spoke volumes to me! He is truly passionate about what he does. His detailed, timely, communication, and his reasonable estimate is ultimately what led me to choose Wolverine. Once approved by the insurance company they were able to get me on their schedule very quickly. The removed and replaced the roof, and cleaned up nicely. I could not be happier with the service they provided. I have no complaints whatsoever. John, and his wife, are lovely to do b”
