“John and entire fabulous team…THANK YOU for fighting for our new AWESOME Roof and gutters, Window screens and new ceiling and entire bathroom upstairs 😱 😳 ❤️❤️❤️❤️ (our insurance company completely refused our claim even though we were in desperate need of a whole new roof….you went to bat for us, FULL FORCE, for two solid months you became our voice, and won our battle!) That in of itself is quite amazing. Who does such a thing? Wow! We did not have the money nor energy to pursue the contractor who never answered his phone nor responded back to us. Frank has little memory of that experience however I remember, very well indeed. “A late April hailstorm in Rockwall County made me think that my roof might need replaced. I have heard Blue Ribbon Roofing advertisement on a couple of radio stations. I contacted them by phone and less than five minutes later, John, the owner contacted me. He was at my house two hours later and verified significant damage from the storm. I contacted my insurance company, they sent out an adjuster one week later. John was here with them. I got the report from the adjuster rhe following day and sent it to John. The next day he was at my house going over the entire process of the roof replacement. He answered every question I had and educated me on class 3 versus class 4 shingles. Listen to his advice. He has been in the roofing business a long time. His crew showed up at my house the following morning. Fourteen hours later my roof replacement was done. The crew foreman, Jessie, kept me updated and answered all questions I had. They took pride in their work. The crew cleaned up wirh hardly a trace that they were there. John stayed in contact during the entire process. It's rare to find his level of dedication and integrity these days.I highly recommend Blue Ribbon Roofing.”
