Had three different companies come over for a free estimate - One, didn't get on the roof but simply asked how old the house was and said a complete roof replacement was required. Second company got on the roof and said based on the year of the home it will need a complete roof replacement. Eco Roofing not only got on the roof but took pictures of the trouble spots, highlighted the pros and cons and provided options which were: (1) replace the trouble areas and (2) repair/maintain areas that are good but can use some attention. Gave me the options to make those adjustments or a complete roof replacement. Jordan (sales) was professional, thorough and honest. “I have mixed feelings about Eco Roofing. The final workmanship seems fine, but the communication and project management were very frustrating. They removed my underlayment during a period of consistent rain, even though rain was clearly in the forecast for the entire week. They also knew they did not have all the necessary supplies to complete the repair the same day, despite it being scheduled as a one-day job. As a result, I ended up with more active leaks than I had before the work started. In the fall of 2024, I paid thousands of dollars for repairs that were supposed to fix a leak, but ultimately turned out to be unnecessary. I also had to spend thousands more to have six AC units removed from my roof so those repairs could be done. Even after they examined the leak from inside the ”
