“Wow wow wow what incredible customer service! from the moment Jeff came by and explained the process, gave us hands on understanding to its culmination, every step was meticulously executed. Jeff’s leadership shined brightly in all who showed up! The managers of each phase were incredible. They called , introduced themselves and followed up. It was well oiled and seamless from my perspective. Exponential value over all!”

“Mighty Dog was a pleasure to work with from estimate to completion. Of the bids we received they were the only ones to go over in person with us. They were on time, kept us informed on all aspects of the project. They cleaned up everything each day.”

“Great overall service. Tyler was my technician and was quick to reply and informative throughout the whole process. Being a first time homeowner, I was reluctant on how many add-ons a roofer would try to pull on me since it's (at the time writing of this) monsoon season but that was not the case. He showed up on time, talked and presented himself professionally, and explained to me every step he was going through to give me a general understanding of the now and what the next steps are. Will recommend the Might Dog of Southeast Valley Phoenix to all those I know and hope this makes your decision on easier on who to pick to look at and fix your roof.”

“Jared, Adam, Kendrick were professional and patient with the workers and accommodating to the customer. The job was finished timely, reviewed by Jared and payment offered in 3 different ways. Mighty Dog will even assist you with 2.5% credit on the bill! I am proud to have a roof from them and it will have a warranty for 20 years! My Farmers agent for home insurance advocated Mighty Dog Roofing from other roofing jobs he knows they did on million $ homes in Scottsdale. The Warranty gives me a break on my home insurance! Win:Win all the way around!”

“The team at Mighty Dog Roofing did an outstanding job for us. Jeff walked us through the options and we ended up choosing the "cool roof" system. Scheduling was easy as we coordinated with Jeff and Oscar and his team showed up as expected on time and got to work. Kendrick stopped by day 2 and 3 and was also very informative about the progress. On day three the Owner John stopped by as and made sure all our expectations were met. The team finished as advertised on day three. All three days they cleaned up and kept the site tidy. Again very happy with the process and the entire Mighty Dog team!”

“I had a loose tile on my roof. Mighty Dog came out quickly and fixed the issue with no further sales pressure from their technician. I know my roof needs some future work and I plan to do that later this year when my budget allows. I am really happy with this company and I will use them when that time comes.”

“Our experience with Mighty Dog Roofing was absolutely outstanding from start to finish. From the very first roof inspection to the final cleanup, the entire process was professional, efficient, and first-class. John Malko personally took the time to walk us through every option, explain the materials, and show examples so we could make the best decision for our home. There was zero pressure—just honest advice and exceptional customer service. Scheduling the roof replacement was quick and seamless, and the installation team was incredible. They completed our entire 3,000-square-foot roof in just a day and a half—less than half the time originally estimated. The crew worked hard, stayed organized, and left the property spotless. After getting multiple quotes, Mighty Dog Roofing had the be”

“Highly recommend this company! From the 1st initial call to the end of the project the customer service was the best I have ever experienced. The complete roof job took 2 1/2 days and the owner John, Kendrick the Production Manager and Jeff the project manager stopped by every day to make sure we were satisfied and all the roofers were extremely nice and professional!! Very competitively priced as well!!”

“The entire experience from start to finish was great. John and his team were top notch. Providing over 100 photos of the job progress is what set them apart for me. People inherently have concerns that corners can be cut but showing the work along the put us at ease and removed any doubt that we were in good hands with a company who puts integrity into every job completed. 100% recommend.”
