“Terrible work and terrible to work with. July hail brought door-to-door ambulance-chaser type salesman "project managers" to our door. They submitted an inflated insurance claim only to cover messy shingle replacement and gutter work on our very simple 8-year-old cookie cutter home: $21k in total! ROC has had to come out twice already and still working with us in DECEMBER to get all work done correctly after confirming no less than five separate issues in our complaint. Our roof was straight forward no big issues, but the home is out in the sticks; 14 miles off the main road. They arrived at 6 am and had the roof done by 10 am. Fast hard working 4 man crew and Levi supervising! Levi was very good with providing various options and gave me full bids on three different materials. We ordered a green shingle which took about three weeks to arrive, but that was to be expected, not a common color. No complaints whatsoever. Highly Recommend!”
