Romco came in, coordinated removal of the HVAC unit with a crane, demoed the results of a previous roofer gone wild, repaired the roof, coordinated reinstall of the HVAC unit, and sealed the roofing around the unit. What I thought may be a couple day process, turned out to be about two hours. Everyone showed up, knew what to do, and got it done. Super easy. We put away the tarps, buckets, and old towels.
