Titan Roofing and Construction LLC

Titan Roofing and Construction LLC works out of Mesa handling roofing for homes and businesses across the region. They stick to residential and commercial jobs with a focus on getting roofs installed right the first time or repaired after damage shows up. The outfit stays available around the clock for emergency calls and sends crews out valley wide inside twenty four hours when inspections are needed. They take on insurance claims for storm hits and keep both new construction and replacement work moving without extra steps that drag things out for property owners.

Roof installation covers houses and larger commercial buildings while inspections catch leaks or weak spots before they turn into bigger problems. Crews handle commercial roofing projects that need durable materials to stand up to daily use and weather exposure. When claims come in they work through the paperwork and repairs so owners get coverage without fighting the process alone. Emergency fixes get priority and technicians show up ready to patch or replace sections that fail under the sun and occasional heavy downpours common around here.

Folks in the area count on solid speed when a roof starts leaking and on work that lasts without callbacks a year later. Prices stay reasonable for the quality put in and updates come direct so no one wonders what the next step costs or when it happens. Mesa heat and wind wear down shingles and membranes faster than in milder spots so regular checks and proper installs matter to avoid indoor damage. DIRT Score 4.77 from 230 reviews on Finds.

“TOP NOTCH SERVICE Replacing a roof is a significant investment, and the process can often feel overwhelming. I’m truly grateful that we chose Titan Roofing and had the opportunity to work with our project manager, Levi Holt. Levi was punctual, professional, and fair throughout the entire process. He communicated clearly and transparently, ensuring we fully understood every step. Our roofing situation was somewhat unique, and Levi handled it with patience, care, and attention to detail from start to finish. Levi, his crew, and the financing team made the installation of our new roof seamless and stress-free. He also coordinated the AC removal and reinstallation, as well as drywall repairs, and personally ensured everything met high standards before finalizing payment. I highly recommend con”

“Derek and his Titan crew did an amazing job doing a full roof replacement on our home. The crew was great replacing multiple rotted boards on our old roof. They kept debris out of the pool when performing the job and left the yard cleaner than when they'd arrived blowing it clean of any debris. They completed the job quickly in only one afternoon. I highly recommend Titan Roofing for your repairs and roofing needs.”

“In August of 2024, the roof of our church was significantly damaged by a monsoon. Myself the Associate Pastor, and the Sr. Pastor were on site checking out the damage when we were approached by Ricky Oliveras, a project manager from Titan Roofing and Construction who was in the area prospecting for customers. He talked with us about the damage and showed us the damage that we did not see. He also explained the process that Titan uses in working with their customers and the customer’s insurance carrier. We agreed to have Titan do a full assessment of the damage to the roof and tell us the findings. The assessment revealed that some of the shingles not directly damaged by the storm would be damaged in the process of removing the damaged ones, and that the insurance carrier’s adjuster woul”

They failed to deliver as promised and would not recomend the dry wall crew. They did not complete the job that they were contracted to do, failing to replace part of the over head dry wall in the living room area, I think they thought I wou”

“A new roof is a big investment in the life of your home. We had a lot of questions and our Project Manager, Derrick Milligan, did an excellent job, professionally answering and communicating with us before, during and after our new roof installation. Titan workers were respectful of my property and worked hard to complete my roof in a timely manner. I believe Titan provided an excellent value in both matierals and workmanship.”

“I had a great experience with this Titan roofing company. From the start, the team was professional, responsive, and really easy to work with. What stood out most was how Ricky Olivares with went above and beyond when it came to the insurance process. He didn’t just handle the roof repair—he actually helped me navigate everything with my insurance, made sure all the damage was properly documented, and pushed to get things approved that I honestly would’ve struggled to get on my own. He kept me updated the whole time and made what could’ve been a stressful situation feel simple and handled. The work on the roof came out excellent, everything was done on time, and they left the property clean. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone needing roofing work, especially if you’re dealing with i”
