Titan Roofing & Construction

Titan Roofing & Construction works out of Mesa, Texas doing roofing for houses and commercial buildings. They handle new installations along with repairs and step in on insurance claims when storms or wear cause problems. The outfit keeps crews ready for emergency inspections and gets them to the property fast, often inside a day after the call. Local conditions in Texas mean roofs face constant sun and sudden weather shifts that lead to leaks or weakened sections, so these contractors stay set up to respond without long waits and keep jobs moving from start to finish.

Roofing crews in Mesa deal with the usual mix of shingle replacements, flat roof work on stores or offices, and full tear offs when old layers fail. Homeowners here often call after heavy rain or hail hits because tiles crack or seals break around vents and chimneys. The process starts with an inspection to spot issues like poor drainage or rot underneath, then moves to material selection that holds up in the heat. They coordinate with insurance adjusters on claims so the owner does not get stuck paying out of pocket for covered damage. Work stays practical with crews showing up prepared and finishing without dragging the project out across weeks.

Customers rate them high because the response times stay short, the fixes hold up under local weather, and the pricing stays straightforward without extra markups. Communication stays clear from the first call through the final walkthrough so no one wonders about next steps or costs. That steady performance on speed, quality, and follow through adds up across hundreds of jobs. DIRT Score 4.77 from 230 reviews on Finds.

“TOP NOTCH SERVICE Replacing a roof is a significant investment, and the process can often feel overwhelming. I’m truly grateful that we chose Titan Roofing and had the opportunity to work with our project manager, Levi Holt. Levi was punctual, professional, and fair throughout the entire process. He communicated clearly and transparently, ensuring we fully understood every step. Our roofing situation was somewhat unique, and Levi handled it with patience, care, and attention to detail from start to finish. Levi, his crew, and the financing team made the installation of our new roof seamless and stress-free. He also coordinated the AC removal and reinstallation, as well as drywall repairs, and personally ensured everything met high standards before finalizing payment. I highly recommend con”

“Derek and his Titan crew did an amazing job doing a full roof replacement on our home. The crew was great replacing multiple rotted boards on our old roof. They kept debris out of the pool when performing the job and left the yard cleaner than when they'd arrived blowing it clean of any debris. They completed the job quickly in only one afternoon. I highly recommend Titan Roofing for your repairs and roofing needs.”

“In August of 2024, the roof of our church was significantly damaged by a monsoon. Myself the Associate Pastor, and the Sr. Pastor were on site checking out the damage when we were approached by Ricky Oliveras, a project manager from Titan Roofing and Construction who was in the area prospecting for customers. He talked with us about the damage and showed us the damage that we did not see. He also explained the process that Titan uses in working with their customers and the customer’s insurance carrier. We agreed to have Titan do a full assessment of the damage to the roof and tell us the findings. The assessment revealed that some of the shingles not directly damaged by the storm would be damaged in the process of removing the damaged ones, and that the insurance carrier’s adjuster woul”

We had a lot of questions and our Project Manager, Derrick Milligan, did an excellent job, professionally answering and communicating with us before, during and after our new roof installation. “I had a great experience with this Titan roofing company. From the start, the team was professional, responsive, and really easy to work with. What stood out most was how Ricky Olivares with went above and beyond when it came to the insurance process. He didn’t just handle the roof repair—he actually helped me navigate everything with my insurance, made sure all the damage was properly documented, and pushed to get things approved that I honestly would’ve struggled to get on my own. He kept me updated the whole time and made what could’ve been a stressful situation feel simple and handled. The work on the roof came out excellent, everything was done on time, and they left the property clean. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone needing roofing work, especially if you’re dealing with i”
