Low Cost Roofing Dallas

Low Cost Roofing Dallas operates as a roofing contractor based in Mesquite, Texas. Laura runs the outfit and handles roof replacements, leak repairs, inspections, installations, and work on flat roofs along with TPO systems for both homes and businesses. They cover residential and commercial jobs across Dallas and the surrounding areas, with a focus on material performance, drainage fixes, and full replacements when needed. The company lists free estimates as an option for those looking at new work or repairs.

Homeowners bring them in for new roof installs after collecting several bids, where they often come in lower than competitors. Crews replace eaves in a single day and fix turbines to pull heat from attics, matching existing shingles on the way. Carlos and Juan Carlos handle leak jobs by cutting out damaged sections to stop moisture buildup instead of adding more patches on top. Lee provides same-day quotes for roof replacements, and Laura stays on site for the full install to answer questions and spot issues like chimney problems during the process.

They respond fast to calls, often arriving the next day or same day to give prices and start work right away. Reviews note they finish many repairs and full roofs in one day while keeping debris out of yards and streets. Communication stays direct on costs and steps, and they cover Dallas plus nearby spots with weekday hours from eight in the morning to five and Saturday hours from nine to five.

The company shows a five star rating across one hundred forty nine reviews. Recurring points include quick turnaround on quotes and jobs, fair pricing that undercuts other bids, and solid cleanup after the crew finishes.

“Low cost roofing is a very good company to use. They came out and replaced some eaves around my house. I had called another company, they came out gave me an estimate and never came back. I called low cost and they came out the very same day with a lower estimate. They did the work all in one day. I want to thank Laura and her crew for such an excellent job. . .”

“I had 5 different quotes for a new roof and A low cost Roofing beat them all. Mr lee gave me a quick quote same day. Between their reviews and Better business rating they were top notch. They installed my roof within a day of quote. They very responsive to every question I had about the process. They removed my old roof and did a great job cleaning up. They installed my roof same day. They also have a great selection of roof colors. Ms. Laura the owner of the company was on-site the entire time and addressed all questions during the roof install. I highly recommend them for roof prices and service.”

“This is the best roofing company in all of DFW! Best price and service. The team was quick and very professional! Highly recommend!”

“I had A Low Cost Roofing stop out to provide a quote to install 2 turbines in my roof to ease some of the heat that was trapped in our attic. They were able to provide the quote, and complete the job in 1 day. They matched our shingles and were easy to deal with. One of our turbines was not working later that same night, we sent over some video of the turbine just not moving - they came back and replaced that turbine and they are both spinning freely. They were very responsive.”

“Great job this is my 2nd time using them on our home. I recommend them to anyone that are looking for a roof.”

“Great price and completed the repair same day. Did a great job of explaining the issue and recommending the right long term solution.”

“My roof had been patched multiple times before, so I wasn’t very hopeful. But instead of adding another patch, they removed a large section and showed me how overlapping repairs had actually trapped moisture inside. That trapped moisture was the real reason leaks kept coming back.”

“Great work at a very affordable price. Came out next day and the job was completed same day. Would recommend to anyone.”

“Great experience getting some minor repair done to my roof. Called another company, and got completely ghosted. Would definitely do business with them again. Mr. Lee and Juan Carlos were a pleasure to do business with! Prices were very reasonable.”

“Overall, great customer service. Quick and courteous response to all inquiries about the cost/work/insurance. Mr Lee and Ms Laura were both very patient, kind and thorough while communicating with me about the roofing job. I felt at ease and confident with the investment. They also provided great resources for roof care and general home maintenance to ensure long-term satisfaction and durability. Give them a try. You won't be disappointed!”

“Great experience! Re-decked and roofed the entire house, and for a good price. Arrived on time, crew was friendly and kept things super clean. Would definitely recommend!”

“After the recent wind storm we had quite a few shingles pull up. I called low cost roofing and they were out fixing my roof within a day. Great response and great work on my home”

“Ms. Laura is awesome! She went above and beyond the call of duty with the service she provided to my home. This company is fast and efficient in delivering quality roofing services and more! I highly recommend them if you need a new roof.”

“Had a great experience and I love my new roof. They were efficient and finished in one day. The owner Ms. Laura is knowledgeable and makes sure the job is done right. Highly recommend!”

“Update, 7/17: I got a new roof today! After the storms in July caused a small water spot (not where they'd done their repairs), I went ahead and called back, and said ok, let's do this. You guys. They did a great job, and did indeed give me a very good price, but that's not even the half of it. When I say they held my hand through this...like, I don't know how to talk to an insurance company. I don't know what to do when an adjustor is coming. I don't know how to do any of the "I know what I'm doing" management and coordination of getting my roof replaced. I'm a shy child pretending to be a middle-aged woman. Ms. Laura made an appointment to come to my house when the insurance adjustor came, showed up before he got there so she could check over all the specs herself, and did most of the talking while he was there because I did not want to. She and her brother walked me through every step of how to manage this stuff. They picked me out a BEAUTIFUL colored roof ("Majestic shake"), told me I needed gutters and offered to bring in a guy to do them so I didn't have to do that separately, and when it became clear that I was simply not going to pick a gutter color because that ”

“Lowest price in town, same day repair work, high quality, very fast, arrived on time. Mr Lee is awesome”

“Reveiced 3 different quotes for a new roof. A low cost Roofing was more affordable and decided to go with them. Received the roof quote same day after a representative show up for a meeting at the roof replacement address. They installed the roof and repaired the chimney in 2 days. They very responsive to every question I had about the process. Ms. Laura the owner of the company was on-site and addressed all questions during the roof install, identify a problem with the isntallation process and corrected it. I highly recommend them for roof replacements and chimney restoration service.”

“This company has taken the sting out of roof repair for me. I knew there was a leak, so I called them out to take a look. They are responsive. No ghosting. Carlos was out the next morning , and he was on time. He looked inside and outside until he found the issue. He explained to me with pictures what the problem was. I got a follow up call as soon as Carlos left explaining the cost and what needed to be done. The price was very reasonable. I didn't have to do anything, but say yes. They bought the siding and all. On repair day, the crew showed up on time and fixed my roof. They cleaned up the debris. My yard is as clean as it was before they started. They also give a guarantee on minor repairs. If you are having an issue with your roof, give them a call.”

“We were in need of a roof replacement, and was highly recommended to Low Cost Roofing of Dallas. My husband's co-worker and friend, Mike gave us their phone number. We called, Lee answered the call, and Laura came to our home to check out our roof, within the hour, the same day. We were very impressed with Laura's knowledge of roofing and years of experience. Laura also beat the other two roof replacement quotes; which we thought was a very generous price for our home. Three days later, Carlos and his crew were here, bright and early replacing our roof. WOW! What a great job, our roof looks fantastics!”

“I've used this company several times; usually after hailstorms for repairs. I had my roof replaced by them recently, and they did a great job. Mr. Lee is always so friendly when I call, and Ms. Laura is very hands-on. I would recommend them.”
