Eli and his crew finished a full roof replacement, new gutters, and gutter guard installation in under two days, which was impressive considering how much was included. They tore off the old shingles and nails down to the roof deck, replaced the leaking and damaged plywood, and made sure the structure was solid before installing the new system. They added premium leak barrier at the roof eaves, around pipe boots, dormer walls, and near the chimney, then installed full underlayment across the entire roof deck along with starter shingles at the eaves and rake edges. They also replaced the vent pipe flashings, installed a new roof vent system, and added new ridge caps for proper attic airflow, which is especially important in the Mesquite heat. Around the chimney, they removed the old step flashing and counter flashing and installed new flashing with a cut-in style method for a clean, watertight finish. For the gutter work, they removed the old gutters and downspouts and installed new seamless gutters with hidden hangers, plus aluminum gutter guards to help keep out leaves and reduce future maintenance. They also replaced a gable vent on the front of the house, which helped complete the exterior roofing system. What really stood out was the care they took with the property. Instead of using a standard dumpster that could damage the driveway, they used a wheeled truck-mounted container. Cleanup was very thorough, and they ran magnets over the area to pick up stray nails and metal pieces. The workmanship warranty was excellent, the manufacturer coverage added extra peace of mind, and the final price came in lower than other roofing quotes I received.
