Rockwall Roofing & Gutters

Rockwall Roofing & Gutters handles roofing jobs from Mesquite, Texas. Johnny Rasco runs the company and they take on roof replacements, free inspections, roof repairs, and gutter installation. They also handle flashing repairs and fence work when those come up during a project. The business keeps crews available every day around the clock and works directly with insurance adjusters on claims that involve roofs plus related exterior fixes.

Customers bring them leaks that earlier crews could not locate, old gutters that need full removal and replacement, hail damage that requires new roofs plus skylight swaps, and small flashing sections that pulled loose in storms. Johnny locates the actual source of water entry, quotes a price that stays competitive, and sends crews that finish the fixes the same day in many cases. Reviewers note that teams bag debris, leave yards clean, and complete gutter installs or roof patches without extra visits.

They answer calls late in the week or on weekends and often send someone out the next day to walk the property and deliver an estimate. Pricing stays reasonable on both large replacements and small repairs, with crews arriving on time even in rain and keeping the homeowner updated when weather shifts the schedule. Work covers Mesquite and nearby towns, with crews that coordinate fence, garage door, and chimney items when those surface alongside roof jobs.

The company holds a 5-star rating from 128 reviews. Reviewers repeatedly note honest assessments of what needs repair, timely completion, clean job sites, and responsive staff who explain the process before starting. A small number of comments mention estimate changes or scheduling slips, yet the large majority of feedback centers on reliable service and quality outcomes.

“I had my old gutters removed and new gutters installed on my home by Rockwall Roofing and Gutters. I highly recommend this company, Johnny was very knowledgeable and informative about the process, materials and cost. The job was completed in a timely manner and the finished product was exactly what I expected. I found this company and owner (Johnny) to be honest and trustworthy. I will definitely recommend them to anyone looking to do work on their homes or business. To do business with a company that you feel this comfortable with is a rare experience.”

“Johnny came out and found the leak that other companies could not find. One company came out and charged me a lot of money to fix the leak, but after a heavy rain the issue was still there. They came back out and wanted to charge me some more money to fix what they thought was it, but wasn’t. Johnny came out, found it, and he’s team fixed it for a great price. I highly recommend Rockwall Roofing and Gutters!!”

“We had the absolute best experience with Johnny from Rockwall Roofing & Gutters! From the moment we filed our claim with USAA, Johnny took the reins and made the entire process completely seamless. He handled everything—working directly with our adjuster, coordinating all the necessary repairs beyond just the roof, including our fence, garage door, and chimney. He personally hired and oversaw every crew involved, and every single one of his guys was professional, efficient, and did outstanding work. What really stood out was Johnny’s dedication to making sure everything was done right. He checked in constantly, was always available for questions, and made sure we were 100% satisfied every step of the way. He truly goes above and beyond for his clients, and we didn’t have to stress about a single detail after the claim was started. If you’re looking for someone who will take care of everything with integrity, professionalism, and heart—Johnny is your guy. We can’t recommend him enough!”

“I reached out about getting a quote for a gutter system late on Thursday and with a tight schedule on Friday, but Rockwall Roofing & Gutters answered promptly, worked with my schedule, and were out the next day (in the rain) to walk the property and get me a quote same-day. I got the estimate, signed, and next business day had a seamless install experience. These guys are fast, fair, and provide a quality experience.”

“i absolutely love how HONEST johnny was about our roof situation. we encountered a scammy company who did absolutely nothing to help our situation. Rockwall roofing saved the day! timely response, timely and reliable service, reasonably priced, and friendly! Thank you so much!”

“A big thank you to Johnny for fixing the flashing on our house. We had a small section come up at the last big storm and caused some water to leak in. We had contacted a few companies, but the quotes they gave were incredibly high. He came out and saw that it was a quick fix and was able to help us out the same day for a reasonable price. It was a small job, but we appreciate his attention to detail and he sealed up another gap from one of the vents. We'll be reaching out to him for our future roofing needs!”

Scheduling delays made the process stressful and inconvenient. I also noticed a few issues with the finishing quality afterward. I hope they improve their responsiveness and workmanship in the future.”
