“We had 3 solar powered attic fans installed to pull heat out of the attic. We got 2 bids and Chappell beat the other company by $750 for the exact same thing. Shannon told me they would be by the week after we got the bid. Sure enough, they showed up when they said they would and they knocked the job out, which included removing 5 old style vents, cutting out and replacing the roof decking, installing the vents, and re-shingling, within hours. Everything looks great and Shannon was great to work with.”
