EE Roofing

EE Roofing handles roofing work out of 1103 E Cuthbert Ave in Midland, Texas. The outfit keeps regular weekday hours from eight in the morning to five in the afternoon Monday through Friday and stays closed on Saturdays and Sundays. Their jobs center on roof repairs and inspections for local homes. Crews show up to check existing roofs and fix damage that shows up after storms or leaks.

Customers describe storm damage repairs where the team moved in fast to stop water entry and patch the roof. One review notes a chimney area leak that started three weeks after the roof work finished, with rain soaking the attic and ruining part of the dining room ceiling. Mr. Enriquez came back to seal the roof leak and said he would fix the ceiling damage, yet he never returned despite calls and messages. Brandon handled an inspection by walking through the insurance claim process step by step and stayed in touch for later questions. A separate job earned praise for solid results on the overall roof work.

The business answers calls quickly in some cases and guides homeowners through claim paperwork during normal weekday hours. Service stays limited to the Midland area. In other instances messages get left without reply after the first fix, leaving extra damage unresolved. Reviews note both fast arrivals for inspections and longer gaps when follow-up work is needed.

The four reviews average four stars, with repeated mentions of storm repairs and insurance help mixed with complaints about unfinished promises. DIRT Score 1.8 from 4 reviews on Finds.

“EE Roofing saved the day when my roof suffered severe damage during a storm. They responded quickly and assessed the situation professionally. The team worked efficiently and completed the repairs with precision. I'm grateful for their excellent service in Midland, Texas!”

“The first rain occurred about 3 weeks after E&E completed my roof! Rain poured thru the area around my chimney into my attic and my dining room so bad it destroyed a huge patch of my ceiling. Mr. Enriquez apologized, repaired the roof problem, and promised to repair the damaged ceiling. He said it would take a couple of weeks, but never returned. I called, left messages, but was ignored! My dining room ceiling is still badly damaged... sad! damaged.”

“I asked for a roof inspection and Brandon was extreme responsive and on time. He walked me through the steps of how to submit a claim with my insurance and was there afterwards when I had additional questions.”

“Did a great job and we really appreciate you”
