They are a GAF Master Elite Contractor, so I have a long warranty on the shingles and workmanship, all in writing. I also received a military rebate for using GAF Timberline products. The crew was fantastic—real professionals who took their time and made sure everything was done right, even cleaning all the nails out of my gutters and looking after my yard and plants. There was an on-site supervisor, Nicholas, who kept me updated throughout the project. After the job was finished, I was invited to inspect the work myself. Brad, the main supervisor, came by to check things over and even found a small detail he wanted fixed. He, Nicholas, and another team member spent extra time making sure everything was perfect.
