“Our home suffered significant damage in April 2024 from the worst hailstorm I’ve ever experienced, and there have been several. I would give Superior Roofing & Restoration a 10 Star Rating if possible! Every person we worked from the company was extremely professional and helpful. They met with the insurance adjuster during the damage inspection, to protect our interests and ensure no damage was overlooked. They assisted me with the selection of the shingles I liked and our roof was one of the first in our neighborhood to be replaced. Superior got their experienced team on site to complete the job quickly. Afterwards, our yard was cleaned up so nicely it was hard to tell they had been here and ripped off everything down to the bare wood decking. I love our new roof. It’s pretty and also an upgrade from our previous one. I highly recommend Superior to anyone needing a new roof and would not hesitate for a second to do business with the company again!”

“Great company great people. Helped my family out with our damaged roof walked me through steps for my first insurance claim ever on a house and got a crew to the house tore things down then replaced and reshingled all same day.”

“Very bad at communication on project. Job still isn’t finished. Haven’t heard a word from company after roof was done. Solar panels still haven’t been reinstalled and it’s been nearly three weeks. Not impressed one bit with way job went. Was lied to as well as my insurance company was lied to as well by the adjuster from superior. I can’t stand people who are in business to lie about nearly every situation on a job. Since shingles have been installed I’ve found out more lies that what I expected. Adjustor was suppose to talk to the city about a permit cause they had to put osb board on and found out he never talked to any in the permit department. Very very disappointed in the outcome.”
