QUALITY ASSURANCE ROOFING OF TEXAS, LLC-U

Quality Assurance Roofing of Texas, LLC-U works out of Mulberry, Texas as a roofing contractor. Their main trade centers on roofing services for homes and buildings in the area, where they handle calls from locals needing work on damaged or aging roofs. The company shows up in records with a direct phone line for reaching the crew, and they stick to roofing tasks without extra details on years in business or other history available from the notes. This keeps the focus on practical roofing work in a Texas town where steady demand comes from everyday wear on structures.

Roofing crews in Mulberry deal with long hot summers that bake shingles and speed up cracking plus the occasional heavy rain or wind that finds weak spots in older installations. Homeowners here often face leaks around chimneys or vents after storms, plus full replacements when insulation fails under the Texas sun and heat builds up in attics. The work involves tearing off old layers, checking decking for rot, laying new underlayment, and securing shingles or metal panels to hold against future weather. Proper ventilation gets added during jobs to cut down on moisture problems that show up in humid stretches, and crews check flashing at edges to stop water entry at the source. These steps keep houses protected through the swings in temperature common to the region.

Homeowners rate the work from this Mulberry roofing outfit at a steady level across many reviews, pointing to crews that show up on schedule, complete fixes without dragging things out, and charge amounts that match the results. Quality holds up in follow-up checks with few callbacks on the same issues, and talks stay direct so owners know what needs doing and why. The score reflects consistent handling of those roofing demands without extra costs piling on. DIRT Score 4.46 from 143 reviews on Finds.

“Jesse did a wonderful job of coordinating everything that needed to be done to replace my roof. He kept me informed of what to expect with the insurance company and stayed in touch and worked well between me and the insurance company. He was very professional and very helpful.”

“I sincerely cannot say enough good things about our experience. Everyone in the company from the sales rep to the technicians were professional and customer care focused. Our roof looks better than it did the day we built our home. Great eye for details on finished product. Cleaning up as they went and left our place spotless. Kind, curious and better than any roofing company I’ve ever seen. Highly recommend!”

“Quality company that executes their job quickly and professionally. Used them for a roof replacement last year after we sustained hail damage. Evan walked me through the process, was easy to work with and extremely professional. Would certainly recommend this company.”

“Jesse and his crew did an amazing job on our roof. They even worked all day in the blistering cold to finish it in just over a day. It looks amazing. I had never had a roof replaced and Jesse worked with me through the whole process. A1 job from top to bottom! I hope we never have to have it done again, but if we do, we know where to go!”

“I highly recommend this company! I couldn't be more pleased. They did a complete roof replacement on my 130 year old home. Jesse was my contact and he was an experienced, knowledgeable, dedicated professional from start to finish! Jose and his roofing team were such hard workers, respectful and paid great attention to detail. I could tell they all really care about the work they do! And it didn't go unnoticed by my neighbors. Up and down the street, they all commented how hard they worked, the attention to detail and how great the roof looks! Thank you to Jesse, Jose and the entire team for the great job and my renewed peace of mind!”

“Quality Assurance Roofing was as good as one can be. They did a fantastic job and I was very please. I had a Reverse Mortgage so we had a little trouble getting the money at a reasonable time. But Quality was as understanding as they could be. I can't say enough about the work that was accomplished. I have been a Real Estate Agent for 30 years and if anyone knows good work Agents do. They stand behind their work, all of it including the clean up which is important to me. I had large plants everywhere and tree limbs hanging over the garage which was taken care in a professional matter. Ron L. Bell - retired professional Real Estate Agent.”

“Fast estimate. Explained products well. Excellent communication and kept us informed of schedule, delivery, start of job, and duration of installation. Crew was excellent, was working on cold days, but made schedule. Courteous, and cleanup was very good. Very professional. Would not hesitate to use them again.”

“We had Quality Assurance Roofing take care of replacing our roof this past weekend and were beyond impressed with the experience! They communicated well, showed up on time, got the work done in a timely manor (the work looks GREAT!) but what impressed me the most was that you couldn't tell that they were here! They did such a great job with clean up that you would never know! I highly recommend!”

“Nathan was our salesman and he worked hard with our insurance adjuster to get our roof approved for replacement. Everyone is very professional and very knowledgeable throughout the entire process. The roof was replaced very quickly and the workers were professional and worked hard to keep my yard clean as they worked. Our roof looks AMAZING!!! I would definitely recommend everyone to use them! Good job quality assurance roofing!!!”

“Excellent job & prompt communication from start to finish from Anthony and Office staff. We liked how friendly, competent and responsible the team was in getting the job done. They cleaned up each day without destroying any plants or shrubs and protected our home every step of the way. We are extremely thankful for the late night put in on a very, very windy night to protect our property and home. We are also extremely thankful for the peace of mind provided as they have extensive knowledge of dealing with insurance companies. Thank You Quality Assurance Roofing for a job well done!”
