Their brochure makes many promises, but the company ignores any complaints that apply to their work I started this procedure in October, 2024 , and even though I paid my bill in , full on March, 2025, there was always delays. It started with the arrival of the new windows that were either the wrong size or with the wrong color for the sashes. The incompetence of the workers was beyond belief. They spoke no English, and the construction concierge who was to be at the job everyday, didn’t show up for days at a time. Which is why there were so many problems. There was no communication between the construction crew and concierge somedays. Or no one would show up even though I was told they would. The caul”

“This company was hired to perform repairs at the apartment complex, where I live off south national and the experience has been very disappointing. Communication is extremely difficult because many of the workers did not speak enough English for me to explain basic safety concerns. As a result, metal shavings, roofing scraps, nails, and screws were repeatedly left scattered throughout the property. I personally picked up 19 nails and screws from the grass and directly outside my front door, and I continue to find more. This creates a serious safety hazard for both residents and their pets. The crews also leaves food waste and trash on the property after lunch. One of my dogs actually began choking on a discarded chicken bone, which is what prompted me to write this review. “5+++ Stars! Very detailed. Workers cleaned up and stowed their equipment each day. Phenomenal job on siding with fine details I wasn’t expecting. Special attention to JORDAN: this gentleman worked his tail off to make sure my siding was completed before an important appraisal. “I really wanted to have someone come out and give us information on Hardie siding and a roof replacement, however, I had one issue after another with the scheduling and poor customer service. I took time off work for the first appointment that they no called no showed to. I left a voicemail they never returned and then after several calls I finally got through to someone who apologized and explained that there was a schedule mistake on their end and rescheduled me for the following week. Today is the day of the rescheduled appointment at 4pm, I got a generic email saying that my appointment was moved to tomorrow morning without any explanation. The place was encased and wrapped very tightly with detail to any open places to be covered before the siding was put in. They assisted to the needs of the exterior quality leaving the place with perfection. The job was completed right the first time with nothing to need follow-up. From the beginning, the salesman did a great job working with our insurance company to make sure everything that needed to be covered was approved. “This company is an absolute JOKE! After being 2 months late getting started (which we had to call for updates as they couldn't be bothered to pick up the phone) of course excuse after excuse on the delays. When they finally did show up the level of work performed is pretty sub par. They Ripped my internet line out of the box not Once but Twice in 3 days. They left nails and screws in the yard/driveway. Cigarette butts in my yard. I would recommend ANY other company for your siding needs as this place obviously doesn't care about the customer just the paycheck.”
