“Derrek and Michael did a really good job. They were cleaning up behind some plumbers who damaged 2 walls, a ceiling, and part of my roof truss trying to install a tap for a fridge. They made sure it looked really good, and got everything fixed. The walls look like nothing ever happened. They were very pleasant to work with. “Had a leak around our chimney that we had worked on twice by other contractors without any success in solving. Finally contacted PI Roofing who sent a team to our house headed by Joey. The team showed up on time and worked all day until the job was done. The team was very professional, skilled and knowledgeable. The work they did looks great. I am confident that our leak problems have finally been resolved.”

“Beware price gouging. The folks are plenty nice, and I had them install new gutters on my entire house 2 years ago; the price was reasonable at the time. Since then I discovered that the splash stops at 2 places were not large enough to stop the volume of water running off the roof. As a result, they would overflow and started wearing away the paint on the front of my house. I called P.I. out to enlarge the 2 splash stops. After agreeing they were too small when installed, they charged me $500 to replace 2 18" pieces of flat metal. (Not including any repairs to the brick or paint.) I feel it should have been done without cost--or at least at a reaonable price--since the original installation wasn't correct. It took them 34 minutes total to complete the work.
