Southern Roofing & Renovations

Southern Roofing & Renovations runs a roofing operation out of North Little Rock, TX. They focus on roofing work for houses and take on jobs that range from full roof installs to fixing damage that shows up after rough weather. Their site lists roofing services along with storm repair after hurricanes, and they cover spots across Arkansas towns like Little Rock, Fort Smith, and Jonesboro plus other states. Homeowners in North Little Rock call when shingles come loose or leaks start showing inside after wind or rain hits hard. The crew handles these roofing needs without extra layers of office talk.

North Little Rock, TX sees long hot stretches that dry out shingles fast plus sudden storms that rip materials loose or drive water under flashing. Southern Roofing & Renovations sends crews to inspect roofs after hurricanes or heavy downpours, replace worn asphalt layers on older homes, and seal vents or chimneys to block future leaks. They also sort through insurance claims for storm hits so owners avoid running around with forms. Common roofing jobs here include tearing off damaged sections, matching new materials to the house style, and making sure attic spaces stay dry once the work finishes. Crews move through these steps on residential properties where weather cycles wear roofs quicker than in milder spots.

Reviewers note the crew responds quick on storm calls, delivers roof fixes that last without callbacks, and keeps costs in line with what local jobs actually run. Communication stays straightforward during the roofing process so owners know what comes next and when. In North Little Rock, TX this approach cuts through the usual delays homeowners face with weather damage. DIRT Score 4.25 from 93 reviews on Finds.

“I recently worked with Carlos at Southern Roofing and Renovations for roofing and deck remodeling, and I couldn't be happier with the results! The team was professional, efficient, and highly skilled. They completed the job on time and within budget, ensuring high-quality craftsmanship throughout. The attention to detail, communication, and commitment to customer satisfaction were impressive. I highly recommend Carlos for any roofing or deck projects!”

“I’ve had the pleasure to work with Carlos not once but twice now. He’s been fantastic both times!! He has always been considerate, very professional, and makes everything so straightforward. Carlos replaced my roof last year, because of a hail storm, and when I moved he was the FIRST PERSON I knew to call. He truly goes the (EXTRA MILE) for his clients. If you’re looking for a roof replacement, I can’t recommend Carlos and his team ENOUGH!! Unbelievable team.”

“Patrick and Southern did a great job on my roof! I am pleased with the way it looks and the clean up job that they did. Patrick came out and did a thorough inspection and helped me file the claim. Then he worked with insurance to help get my roof and gutters replaced with me only having to pay my deductible. I would highly recommend calling Patrick and using Southern.”

“These guys do amazing work! They go above and beyond! Walk you through every step. We are 100% satisfied with our brand new beautiful roof!”

“So glad Southern Roofing was recommended to me! I had tried two other roofing companies to replace our roof in NLR- both never got back to me. Carlos of Southern Roofing met with me, texted, or called every step of the way. They even repainted the ceiling from the water damage. Beautiful job with great cleanup. Very flexible to work with my schedule. I will call Carlos again when our family has roofing needs.”

“Carlos Juarez with Southern Roofing went above and beyond for me and my family during a very stressful time. He was timely, responsible, communicative, and so kind! He worked until after dark to get the job done when someone else would have left it for another day. Since doing the job, he has continued to respond if I’ve needed documentation, and he even volunteered to come meet with my insurance adjuster! I cannot say enough great things about this guy! I would hire him in a second for any job!”

“Very professional team; installation as promised. Great communication. Our insurance agent was equally impressed! Claim was to replace existing roof, turbines and gutter covers. Cleanup was exceptional! Would highly recommend Southern Roofing.”

“Working with Carlos has been an absolute pleasure. He was very patient with my thousands of questions and I feel as though he goes the extra mile when possible! The entire process was fairly priced and efficiently handled and carried through. We are life long customers!”

“We had a great experience working with Caleb at Southern Roofing! We got several quotes from other companies, but Southern Roofing saved us thousands and was the most responsive, and we had a new roof by the end of the week. They did a great job with the install and cleanup. We can not say enough good things!”

“This past week I just got a new metal roof from Southern Roofing & Renovations and am completely satisfied. Not only does it look great, it is well-insulated and quiet. I didn't even know it was raining this Saturday until I passed by a window and heard the rain outside. And the project manager Luke Smith was fantastic to work with. He guided the processes from start to finish, kept me informed of the progress and managed all my expectations. I would give him a 10 out of 5 if I could. At the start he gave me quotes for their Supreme and Architectural shingles and then one for a metal roof when I asked about it. It turns out the metal roof was only about double the cost of the Architectural shingles and would last more than twice as long (and was a lot less than what someone else had estima”
